If JC had full control he'd come back for sure. You know he feels like he has unfinished business with the Suns. Atleast he got the DBacks a title.

Something unfortunate needs to happen very soon to Sarver so Jerry can come back...

He's probably going to hire an armed escort in and out of The Purple Palace from now.

Does Colangelo have hundreds of millions still to re-purchase the Suns?

I'm sure, I don't think he lost all his money unlike Sarver...

I don't think Jerry was ever that wealthy he just had a lot of connections. I think his ownership groups for the Suns and DBacks were pretty big. Which is why in an ideal world we'd get some multi billionaire to buy the team and let JC run it, but that ain't going to happen.

That'll be the best move for this team.

Barkley as GM would be fun and exciting for about 2 seasons. He'd probably take huge risks that ultimately won't pay off and we'll be calling for his head before you know it.

2 seasons is pretty optimistic

They are all in on the blame. Sarver has not been that cheap, but he has not managed his team in a smart way. neither has kerr. He has not been a solid GM either. I love how he stood up for the shaq trade and then after he reflected the failures on the past coach etc. Coward. I never thought griff was anything special. the thing is, the owner gives the gm the goal and the gm needs to do the best to get the best deal. Kerr has not show that at all with his moves.
I don’t think this is his last stand. If it is, he has not been a good gm even with Sarver pathetic ownership style. I think he will be around for at least a few more years as we are at the bottom of the nba. Then Sarver will get rid of him.
