I mean feel free to point out where I'm wrong, or how I'm lying about something... but you can't.

You are wrong in judging a rookie up against veterans. Clark wasn't really drafted to be a huge impact right away, we knew he needed some work. His upside is still massive, give him till at least next year to start saying he sucks. Look at Lopez and Dragic, that year on the bench learning from the vets did wonders for them. Same will happen for EC.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

you guys have no idea if he has upside or not, the fact is he's playing now and he f'ing sucks. you cant possibly measure upside, you can say it and its hard to argue against it because there is no quantifiable measure, and it sounds good, but saying it doesn't make it so.

now... based on his stats, and what he's done in games, and how he's played... ie, the real stuff -- the facts, what matters...

he's a terrible nba player. he's not ready.

that's all there is to it, doesn't matter HOW you quantify it, he SUCKS, he SUCKS, HE SUCKS

maybe in the future he'll be better. there's even a chance he may be GREAT. maybe. but for now, HE SUCKS

get it through your god damn skulls

just to make it clearer, i'm not condemning this guy to be a failure his entire career -- even though as of right now, on any facet, by any metric, he is a complete and TOTAL utter failure, but i do believe he'll be a niche/roleplayer for the entirety of his career. he's not the "future" of the Suns franchise, that's for damn sure. i want ec to be pwner of the year and 6moy or roy so we're a better team, i just don't see it happening. i see the opposite. when he plays, he hurts us. we don't have room to be hurt.

sorry if this seems too stern or over the top. i'm just so sick of you guys jumping down my throat when i state the obvious, earl clark isnt ready for the nba, he's not ready to play. in our best strides, he hasn't been in games, in our worst, he has. i'm not saying he's a direct cause, but trying to get the 12th/13th man in the game just doesn't seem conducive to winning. i'm just stating the facts here guys, and i'm not the only one who thinks them.

stop being fanbois, take off the rose colored glasses.

also, i'm just stating how things are now. the guy doesn't get a free pass because he's a rookie. he's in the nba, man up and play like it. other rookies are. if he's a future project and we know it, let him sit out of games and develop outside of the games, like a future prospect. send him to the d-league, let him play summer league, etc, but don't step foot in my nba games if you're not ready to play NBA ball. end of story. last post on this matter, EVER.

you're going to eat alot of crow when Earl Clark gets good.

You really don't know much about basketball/the transition from college to pros all the little things about it

You definitely don't play basketball

Let me get something THROUGH YOUR GOD BLESSED SKULL.

Earl Clark is 6 feet 10 inches is agile mobile and already a good defender with the potential to be a defensive stopper who is capable of guarding almost anyone on the floor on the perimeter or driving to the basket.

Why do I see him being so valuable? He may be the only one in the future who can limit Durant to under 20 points a game and he's invaluable because of all the positions he can guard

He can also put the ball on the floor pull up for jump shots and attack the basket FOR A BIG MAN. He does it as fluidly as lamar odom does it more fluidly than Amare does it.

he just hasn't shown it yet. He doesn't have the opportunity to and he's failed so far in the league.

He's a rookie. I thought dragic and Lopez were horrible last year but this year they're both solid players with potential of being good players

Earl Clark will be better than dragic and Lopez guaranteed. He's much more naturally talented.

All we'll need is more pieces for the bench and a star 2 guard.

If we could get Evan Turner I'd be jumping for joy obviously won't happen. Mark it down. He's the next Kobe but not as good but pretty dang close

I'm not entirely sold on EC yet either... I do think he has tremendous upside.. I don't question his talent and obviously he has a solid NBA body and is a great athlete. But right now I don't know if anyone has an answer on his heart or his basketball IQ including the suns. Of course I am optimistic and if amare bolts we'll find out a lot about Earl next year.

Hunter has a one track mind. He's really close to being put on my block list. Only MVF has had that privilege before.
