It's been way too long in between Kobe clotheslines.

I'd bring him over just to be a locker room leader. He's great at that. Plus I still love him and I want him to retire here.

I wouldn't mind seeing him in a suns uniform close lining Kobe again. That would be worth Vet Min to me lol

Yup. I could only see getting Bell for insurance policy which is okay IMO. I wouldn't really disprove of having Bell on the team I just think he'd find more playing time elsewhere.

I'm 100% OK with him as a vet min insurance policy/towel-waver. I think he'd appreciate the chance to come back to our medical staff and hang out for $1.2M.

I would love to have Raja here in any capacity. I have a feeling if he gets healthy he will make his way back into our rotation somehow. Would't be surprised if we shopped Barbosa around this off season.

Can't believe this was 4 years ago already, how time flies...

I love when they show Raja immediately afterward, smiling and saying (I think) "that's a foul."

That was great the_warden. I miss Raja and his 3 point tying shot against the Clips in the playoffs.

I miss the toughness that Raja brought. I think with our style of scrappy defense we play and with guys like Dudley, Lou, Lopez, Dragic that provide that all out hustle energy, adding Raja into that mix could help us grow into a serious defensive squad, maybe not this season but maybe by the end of next season.

Right now Hill is probably our defensive leader, but while he's still a good defender, he doesn't give us that toughness that Raja would. We know guys like Nash, Amare, JRich and LB are marginal defensive guys at best, but outside of those players, we have guys with serious defensive potential and I think Raja presence on and off the court (in practice) would bring it out of them.

Whether Raja can still play or not is probably not really the issue, but his effort on defense and his 3PT shot could help this team. For a vet min, there's no many better choices than Raja.

Yeah sign him on for vets min for next season. Anything that gives us a shot at keeping Nash around (at the right price) until retirement, plus a good locker room guy and insurance. Good filler piece if you are trying to build a full contending roster.

I see a lot of Raja in Dudley... smart defender who works hard, and can knock down the 3, plus he's a little bit bigger. It'd be fun to have Raja back, i'm just not sure i'd rather seem him on the court over some other guys who are playing right now...

I'd like to see him here as a defensive coach/mentor. He'd be worth the min just for practices. And he needs to retire in a orange and purple. you know it's true. Better him than Griff - how does it stack up for cost, with the league anteing for the vet min?
