Guess what guys? Blatche was just on the radio and said none of that ever happened. He said he never told anyone that he didnt want to play. He said he wanted to play. He said no other coach came up to him except one at halftime and all he did was tell him to keep his head up and stuff like that. He is mad at Flip for going to the media 1st off and then lying on top of it. He said he knows how fans feel and he would never do that now when he's the leader of the team

its messed up because he just said that he doesnt want to make Flip looks bad and he hopes it just blows over. Its like he cant defend himself without making Flip look bad so no one wins and thats why you dont go to the media like that

That's the first mature thing I've seen him done, keep his mouth shut. He might actually have saved his playing time by doing that.

Okay, well that settles everything

What do you think Blatche is going to do, go to the media and say oh yeah I'm a jerkoff and gave all of my coaches lip? I mean, he again strikes at Flip through the media outlet, quite hypocritically I must add since he attacks Flip for the exact same thing. That, combined with him saying he is the leader of the team (which builds on the underpaid, etc comments) proves that this guy is hot headed. Don't get me wrong, I think he is extremely talented and would love to see him here in Phoenix even. I also realize Washington has been dealt a bad hand and its tough for everyone to keep their head together. I'm just saying, Flip has been around for a long time and you make yourself look immature as a player being insubordinate and lashing out through the media.

Sources say that Blatche will play tonight so that means 1 of 2 things. 1 is either Blatche is telling the truth and or there was a misunderstanding.

2 is what I wrote earlier in that this was still something that has been blown up and is not a big deal. Its just a little spat between a coach & player. People & coach/players fight and makeup all the time. I dont think this is the huge deal people make it out to be and wont even be something that people think about a week from now

People are making a big deal about Dray walking to the bench and not listening to Flip. No doubt that is bad as you should never tune out your coach but lets be real. That has happened a ton of times on every team in the NBA. People just get frustrated, things happened, and then its over. Like the coach is yelling at you and you are just tired of hearing it so you dont respond. That happeneds all the time from stars to scrubs but they always understand that its usually just frustration and it blows over or they talk it over

My point exactly. Blatche hasn't done a thing in the NBA yet, all he's done since Jamison left was pad his stats.
