For once breaks go suns way?

Post#1 » by AZdeuce » Sun May 16, 2010 8:35 pm

This Suns team has suffered more then any team in history. From cedrice ceballos breaking his leg during the 93 playoffs, Joe Johnson breaking his face during the 05 playoffs, Amare out for the whole 2006 season, the suspension of Amare and diaw in the 07 playoffs, the coin flip for Kareem which obviously didn't go to the suns, to the missed technical call that should have been called against Boston in the suns first ever finals for Boston calling a time out when they had no more time outs left. Let's not forget the steal that gave Kobe a game winner in the playoffs that Luke walton was out of bounds when the lakers stole the ball. I almost forgot about our boy Tim donughy the offical!

Anyway I think it's time we are on the receiving end of som breaks. I don't know how I would react if some of what we have gone through, the lakers get a taste of.

Anyway dispight what all the experts are saying I think the suns can pull this off. This suns team has two things the lakers don't chemistry and heart. With those two things you can accomplish anything.

Go suns

It's much more than breaks. It's the fact Mike is not here running 7 players to the ground at the end of the season.

It's the fact the bench has so much chemistry and desire, and given the opportunity to prove themselves.

If Mike was here Steve would be worn out, Amare would have been traded, and Grant would be retired.

And Mike would somehow make Bynum's knee better. If he can just manage to hurt it a little worse and have to get surgery, that would leave Mbenga or Powell, who suck, as their only other front court rotation. Seeing as how their front court is what keeps them afloat, if he can just get hurt, I think we've got this. Our only injuries are Nash's black eye, and if Lopez is getting better by the day, we're in good shape

Been reading the lakers fans talking about Bynum and his injuried Knee. They all say to sit him against the suns to prepare for the Finals. Do they not realize that him and gasol are the reason's so many so called experts are saying the Lakers are going to win the series.

If bynum sat out against us, the lakers are done! If he trully is getting worse, all he is going to do is rack up fouls and Amare goes to the line.

On a side note with Lopez back, Amare is going to destroy Gasol just like in his memphis days. Gasol hasnt got to play an Amare at a %100 yet this year. Gasol knows what its like when Amare is %100. Gasol is standing on the side of the free throw line hoping for a miss after an AND 1.

Where is the problem? If they want to sit hit, let them. That is one less problem we have to worry about, not to mention it thins out their bench assuming Lamar Odom starts in place of Bynum.

Mike was a great coach. Look at the benches we had. Tucker, Banks, Strawberry, Rose, Burke, lol -- I mean come on. He's a brilliant coach, just needs a good D-oriented assistant coach.

I have been telling my friends this for a long time. I think the stars are aligning, like the 69 Mets. At some point you have to realize that we could be witnessing something special. One of those years in sports. Sometimes people don't notice it until after the fact, which is common and understandable.

We get the number 3 seed, winning in Utah. Roy is lame. SAS beats Dallas, giving us HCA. Now Bynum? The Celtics beating Orl, to give us HCA in the Finals.

It's coming fellas.

Heres the problem with people trying to say who is gonna win the series. They all look at the roster and that is it. They see on paper that it looks like the lakers should win.

Im gonna quote my boy joey porter. "Paper Champions"

Both my brothers said this was a bad year to be a Suns fan before it started but I still had hope that we'd be a decent team. Oh has this season ever been worth following
