That's a great idea. Signing an un-athletic, non-defensive wing shooter who can't shoot to a team that is stacked at the wings. I'm all for signing Ammo.

We don't have room for him in our rotation, but if there is anyplace where he can salvage his career it's here. I liked him in college so I wouldn't mind seeing him here, if for no other reason than for him to be in a good situation chemistry wise. He can be a good role player if he gets it together mentally.

Christ were some people actually entertaining the idea?

He will not be in the NBA next year, guaranteed.

Mark Cuban will sign him because he will be that missing piece to the Mavs.

I am going to get hate for this, but I would like the Suns to pick up Joe Alexander. I think Alexander has more potential over Morrison.

I always thought Alexander was picked WAY WAY WAY too high. Even before the draft I couldn't see what all the hype was about. The guy is an athletic freak but he does very little else. He's like Marion, but without the defense and he doesn't know how to use his athleticism. I'd like to give him a chance with the Suns, but right now, we're pretty stacked at the wings and EC is already gonna be our Marion-lite.

Edit: That being said, if Alexander could get it together defensively and just finish on easy baskets on the offensive end, I'd love to see him play next to EC. I could just imagine both of them playing together as hybrid SF/PF.

I still like the kid and hope things work out for him - I can;'t imagine a worse set of circumstances for a young player. Everything that could go wrong, did

because i was a fan I watched a lot of him and in CHA he looked very, very good many times - excellent passing, great IQ, willing to learn, for a scorer he is very unselfish

I'd love to see him here instead of Griffith - he would flourish under a coach like Alvin and with guys like Hill and Nash mentoring.

But he's not what we need most - as the last man on the bench, at the min, sure and I'd have hopes he could play his way into the rotation.

As to emotional problems, as Miklo stated, do you mean because he cried when his team lost at the NCAA's? Because Nash cried - maybe we should unload him due to mental instability

one thing morrison could do in college was shoot the rock. I think he could contribute offensively in our system but our second unit has become a defensive unit and unfortunately for Adam he doesn't fit the bill there. I could see him as an emergency type player on the bench who could get hot and get us back in a game but his lack of D would never allow him to be a rotation player here.

Maybe ny or golden state would be a better fit.

Yeah, like I said - just not who we need though I still think he can play in this league - you watch, if he gets a real shot. He could easily be a Most Improved candidate -
But I wouldn't wish GS on anyone - New York would be great, and they need guys at the minimum if they pay like we think they;'re going to for stars
