Won't happen, but I'd like to see the Suns talk to John Salmons and talk him into finally coming to the desert at a reasonable price...8mil? Then convince the Knicks to do a double sign and trade...
D. Lee (at 11-12 per) for Amare and Leandro
Use the 7 million Barbosa salary dump to sign Salmons
That's 24 million out, 20 million in.
STAT and Barbs for Lee and Salmons...I'd really like that trade!
...then if possible try to find a decent low post scorer for about 4 million per

4million equals CHANNING FRYE?? that would, however improbable, be a great deal.

Early FA rumors have Salmons maybe staying with the deer.
The Grizz-esezz Ronnie Brewer at half the Salmons price? ...if the Suns do manage to unload Barb's contract?
There might be more money to offer to a low-post scoring reserve...dunno who that is, but if D. Lee replaces Amare somehow, the Suns need to get some inside scoring threat.

Yeah, unlikely to happen but not a bad trade.

Carlos Boozer/Lee?
Let's think about it here. The Suns are a slashing offensive team and we take full advantage of that, Boozer is a scorer, he puts up nice numbers daily.
19.5 PPG.
A good rebounder, something Amar'e definitely didn't give us.
11.2 RPG.
Carlos Boozer is one of the best power-forwards in the game, but he has a few downsides.
Speed -
Although Speed isn't an attribute that's as relevant as others, we're a fast team, a very fast team. Running up and down the floor would be a bit of an issue as Boozer's physical condition isn't the best but he's no Eddy Curry.
David Lee, wow, DAVID FREAKIN LEE. He's an all-star caliber players who let his talent shine all year long. He's a fantastic rebounder.
20.2 PPG.
Great, that's just great for a PF these days, he's also consistent.
11.7 RPG.
Better then Boozer at this degree, he swallows rebounds, he goes after them with pure determination, which is exactly what we need!
3.6 APG
That's better then Boozer who doesn't average a single assist. David Lee isn't a bad passer, he's no Nash or Kidd but he's decent.

Better out-come?
Lee.

Let's be optimistic here, it's good to be hopeful.

Not really. Because you're not prepared for the worst. Then you can just laugh and be numb about how you knew or be surprised later on if they did something good.

Yes, I think it's a great idea to cry like little children, you're right, I should always think the worst and make myself depressed, you're so smartical!

I understand that you're disappointed but you need to look at the positive and not the negative, unless you want to be depressed all the time.

Re: Carlos Boozer/Lee?
go as hard after lee as you can. he would be sugar in our system. if he wants to play on an contending team, and with him we would be contenders, than he should come over.
and if he doesn´t come over because of money issues than sign and trade him for barbosa and the money we got left.

Props to the great one
