The official Lou Amundson appreciation thread
Surprised no one created one, but go figure ask me a year ago if I would create an appreciation thread for Lou and I'd say heck no. As some of you know I wasn't his biggest fan before but I don't know maybe it's because we all pretty much know he's not comming back but I kind of miss him now, maybe even more than Amare (In a non-homosexual way of course)
I guess it's going out on the court every game and just trying to do everything he could. I used to think it was crazy why this guy was getting playing time when he didn't have many basketball skills but I see why, he has alot of heart. His golden locks flowing up and down the basketball court, his amazing blocking skills, the crowd chants of "Loooooooooou" everytime he made a big play or maybe because he looked like Emile Hirsch from one of my favorite films, Lords of dogtown...
Whatever it was, I still kind of hope the Suns bring him back but I doubt it because of who they signed. Good luck Lou on your next team, appreciated what you brought on the court every game, you made a non-believer into a believer.

There was no good reason for you to bring that up except for your own insecurities with yourself.

Haha, no homo?
But seriously though, Lou is definitely one of those players that is invaluable to a team. He hustles up and down the court, and knows his role. He threw himself at the opposition even when he might not have come out of it good. And he could finish around the rim, which was also invaluable to this team.
Will be sad to see him go...LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
GO SUNS!

It's gonna be a damn shame if he leaves. He is the type of player we just don't see enough of in our team. He has incredible timing when he jumps both rebounding and blocking shots. It's just all tenacity and good timing.
He just leaves it all out there every time he plays.

Why does he have to leave? Is he getting offers from other teams? Though I'm sure it'd be a lot harder for him to get on the floor with the position moves we've made this offseason..

Re: The official Lou Amundson appreciation thread
Shame to see him go.
Now that we have drafted a possible replacement, retaining him doesn't seem probable.
Hopefully he'll end up somewhere he wants to be at.
I'll always remember him for the energy he brought on court.

SWEET LOOOUUUUUU.
I'll miss him if he leaves, nice guy, great rebounder, that's rare these days, and he had a big fuel tank.

Hardest working hustler in the NBA. Tragic if Lou is not signed. He is a beast.
