Let's table this for now so I can do some research/source verification. I'll open it back up later.

As we all know previously banned posters cannot return under different usernames. However we do have to look at the possibility that newer sources can be related or share primary sources with previous users. So some research will hopefully be progressing tonight.

Please also remember as I've said with other insiders, if you don't like or trust an insider, just ignore their information. And do remember that insiders are regular posters too; if you resort to personal attacks against anyone, it will be treated the same.
