IMO power is the key factor here, money is just a bi-product
A very powerful guy maybe not necessary super rich would get almost all the chicks he wants, but a very rich but not very powerful guy (like your avg Joe who just won the lottery or just inherited a fortune) would only likely get a specific kind of chicks (ie. gold diggers)
and looks are very unimportant as most women probably value 8 or 9 qualities ahead of looks when they look at guys (power, confidence, sense of humor, decisive, being interesting etc. )

Hell no.
His "athleticism" is all but spent. Dude was a ghost in the SA series, we put NASH on him for stretches.
