Injury will factor in a little for players like Yao and GO (players with a history), but teams won't be penalized a lot for taking them since it was decided that players with injury concerns are assumed to be healthy when drafted.

Changing the rules this deep into the draft doesn't seem fair.

About coaching, IMO teams should be rated based on how the coaches fit in and how much they help their teams.
If an elite coach like Phil Jackson, Pat Riley or Greg Popovich coaches the Timberwolves or the Raptors (the teams in reality) they are still not going anywhere. Maybe they will help those teams win 20 games a season instead of 14.
Also for example Gentry is obviously a good coach but he wont be doing nearly as well if he's coaching a very slow paced team. Same logic if Pat Riley is coaching a fast paced team like our Suns he probably won't be doing as well either.

I hope what I said makes some sort of sense. When neutral judges(hopefully) begin rate our teams, they should take those into consideration.
Otherwise giving the team picking Phil Jackson an automatic 10 and giving the team picking say Terry Potter a 0 seems unpractical and unfair.

*btw I am not trying to imply anything about the teams that have already picked their coaches. I am just sharing my thoughts that I have been thinking for a while.

I agree. Fit should be ranked higher than championship experience.

I agree with the "how well coaches fit" idea. And doesn't injury concern just fit into every category? It should just always be placed in consideration when thinking about thing like "mix of players".

Yeah, I think the "rule" is that if you have an injury prone player, say Yao, you shouldn't be penalized if you have a solid backup to that player.

When our teams are being judged, are we allowed to write a little "summary" of what your team is trying to achieve with your current roster? Like, what your team plans to achieve in 5 years, or why you drafted the player you did?

Otherwise, the judges will just judge your team based on skill, not how well they mesh together, and what style of play they are trying to achieve?

yeah, this seems pretty logical.
