+ like a billion. I hate the Warrick signing. Lawal and Clark deserve playing time over Warrick for the fact that if both/either of them get confident and figure it out, they've got much longer and a much higher ceiling than Warrick. Yes, I believe Clark deserves playing time over him even though he's shown very little. Warrick's shown less... I remember watching Cav's playoff games against Chicago last year and cheering when Warrick got put in for "offense" because he was just a ball stopper who never actually scored. I'd pick nobody over Warrick. Beasley included.

i'm pretty confident warrick will get moved during the season

please? Whey they signed him they said in the interview about trading for someone, and not having a contract in the 3-4 mil a year range gives us a little more flexibility in trading a smaller contract for a bigger one...

Why is everyone hating on Warrick? Geez, he's an uber-athletic PF who scores and dunks alot. He played zone in college and seems like a good guy. At least wait until the season starts! He totally fits with the second unit from what I see.

PG: Dragic - Main playmaker, 2nd scoring option
SG: Dudley - The shooter. Period. No Driving PLEASE.
SF: Childress - Slasher, main offensive option
PF: Warrick - Inside big man threat. Essentially Lou with a decent jumper (on offense)
C: Frye - Outside big man threat. Shooter.

Remember when Amar'e played with the second unit? It was fantastic! Hakim is Amar'e-lite. Give him a chance.

Id Take high B-ball IQ over a pot head. We have players that can play 4. Beasley is not good for this team.

Childress' versatility will probably be a top 3 most valuable thing to our team this year.

KaneSFFL wrote:no way to that trade...as nashrambler said, we could have given up a 2nd rounder and gotten him from the heat...which means that's how low his stock was at this point.

That was hardly a true indication of his real value. The Heat were desperate for cap space and in essence it was either keep Beasley or sign Lebron, that's a no-brainer. We would've done the same with Lopez and probably even Nash(if he OK'ed it), if it got us Lebron.
