although im TOTALLY against trading JRich, id go for this:

JRich+Childress+Clark
for
Korver+Boozer

but heres a BETTER option IMO, cuz we get to keep Jrich and open up a few spots
Hedo for Murphy. straight forward.
NJ needs a veteran player to attract some attention from other stars. also, Hedo would fit perfectly there and get the ball all he wants.
Suns get a big man that can rebound, which we desperately need, plus, he shoots 3's.
the contracts r similar in price for this year, each earning approx. 10 mil

so either:
Nash-Dragic
Hill-Korver
Hedo-Dudley
Boozer-Warrick
Frye-Lopez

or

Nash-Dragic
JRich-Dudley
Hill-Childress
Murphy-Warrick
Lopez-Frye

Why do people even bother putting Turk in trades? Yes we all would love to rid ourselves of him, but no other teams are willing to take him on. Maybe if we played him at his correct position (SF) he could improve his stats a little bit and increase his value, but as of now, teams didnt want to take a chance on him because of his Toronto days, and even more so now that he is playing here like he did as a Raptor.

Take a Hedo trade to the trade board and see what kind of replys you get. You will be laughed at and ridiculed for the first 6 replys you get, then have your thread locked due to stupidity. There are no other suckers out there to take Turk. We were the suckers and we will be stuck with him until his contract expires.

Makes more BB sense to groom Lawal then trade J-Rich for Boozer or Murphy.

The Suns need to man up, grow some nuts, and go ahead and hurt Turks little feelings. Turk should play his natural posistion, and since talent not money should dictate the move, Grant should start. Bring Lawal back, put him in the starting lineup (that way the vets... Steve, Grant, and Rich make sure he gets into the right places), and roll with a traditional starting lineup, or just start Frye he has been a decent big man this year. I also think we are going to have to make a decision on who we keep out of Duds and J. Chill also.

Whoa... Hold up a second.

Yes, Lawal should get more/some minutes, but by no means shuld he be a starter. We have to remember, no matter where he was projected to be drafted, Lawal was drafted in the second round. Not even a fifth the players that were drafted in the first round are starting for their teams, so why should Lawal start for us?

Lawal brings solid rebounding, hustle, and good defense. At the moment, he is a little bit of a liability on offense. How are we going to have him play with Steve Nash and co. with such poor offensive skills?

I personally think the starting lineup is fine as of right now. Hedo is doing a very respectable job holding down the PF spot, and Hakim Warrick is bringing very solid offence off the bench.

I think he should start for the reasons you have already put out there. What we are missing in the starting lineup is hustle rebounding and DEFENSE. As far as the ofense, with Grant, Rich, Frye and Steve all have good offense, so Lawal isnt expected to be a real threat. But with Steve spoon feeding him and basically rolls to the basket off of the offense created by Steve, Grant, and Rich, he should get a lot of easy buckets and or putbacks, just like Amundsund did. Hedo has done a respectible job later in games, and only lately. He has only had good starts of games once or twice. He usually starts off games getting pushed around or in foul trouble. I love Warrick, have said that since we signed him. I would like him in the starting lineup more than Turk, but being I want the rook to develove and Warricks offense better serves the second unit, I think we should force feed the rook to see what he is made of, just like we did Stat as a rookie coming out of high school.
