Scola is very polished. Can score from inside, can knock down a short jumper, he hustles and has a ton of heart. He flops like a bitch and I hate him, but honestly, the benefits outweigh that. He rebounds, doesn't bitch and moan like a primadonna, and is on a very manageable contract for a long time. Pair him up with Nash and it'd be great.

I don't want Yao. Even if we rehabilitate him, I don't want this team held by the balls by the Chinese government. **** that ****.

What makes anyone think Scola is available. The Rockets are starting to gel now and quite frankly have a lot better chance at the playoffs than the Suns and he's one of the main reasons. But if he is available he's a perfect fit for this team. Does it all and does it well. Amazing heart. I'd trade Gortat for Scola straight up.

You all would love Scola. I dont know if he would turn us into a contender, but you would love him anyways. He plays hard.

Per Chad Ford they are shopping everyone and looking for pieces to land a bona fide star.

Well who do you guys really think is an available target? If Scola is available I think you have to give it a shot. He may not be amare but few are and he would add toughness and a legit big man at pf.

Scola is a talented inside scorer who can also shoot, pass, and he hustles/rebounds. Scola would be an absolute homerun on this team IMO...Some of you guys make me shake my head.

If the Suns still had Amare, then I would love to have Scola. But Scola being our number one option for inside scoring scares me, especially when you consider what the Lakers, Spurs, and Mavs have.

Scola does fine against the elites.. He beasted on the lakers in the playoffs back in 2009 when the rockets almost beat the lakers, with Chuckie 6'6 hayes as his partner in the frontcourt... Hustle players don't average 20 and 9.. Just saying...

Any team or fan of a team that wants to go after Yao are major IDIOTS. Hell the Rockets are funny as hell when they think they can get a prospect, pick and expiring for Yao. He's done. PERIOD!!! Yao has already stated quite a few times that retirement is probably the most likely outcome. His bones are too brittle to come back.

Would prefer Jordan Hill since he's more like a "roll" guy whereas Luis Scola is a back to the basket guy.

Look, buddy. Either way, I'm screwed.

If SUNS win games and I post, people say, "TheMan is a wanna-be and only comes here when Suns win."

If SUNS lose games and I post, people say, "TheMan is a troll and only comes here when Suns lose."

What's it gonna be, smart boy? Make up your friggin mind. Haven't you seen the trend? I ALWAYS post regardless of win or lose. I love the Rockets and I love the Suns. If you don't like it, ignore me.

Come on, you crossed the line with this you need to be able to handle people disagreeing with you and more importantly no name calling or flaming

That's nice. I applaud your enthusiasm for the sport but you didn't answer my question, though: who's "we" as in "no effin way we give you Scola."

I fear this torn-between-two-lovers thing you're doing will end badly with one of your personalities arguing with the other
