I think it was either Bucher or Ford's chat wrap, but one of them mentioned that if ATL doesn't make, at least, a good 2nd round showing, the could be cleaning house. I think I'd wait to to see if Josh Smith is available first.

If the Mavs don't have a solid playoff run ie conference finals atleast, they're gonna make a big move, Nash or no Nash, they're gonna bring someone big in.

Has anyone even considered Utah? It came out after the trade deadline that the Suns were in deep talks with Utah in a deal that had Lopez and Milsap involved. Maybe the reason it didn't go through at the time was because Utah wanted to get Nash in the deal and since they had already traded D Will, both teams would have to wait so that the Suns would get Harris back?

Oden averaged 8 rebounds and 2 blocks on around 20-25 minutes per game in his second season.
We don't need him for 36 minutes a night!!!!!!!
Worth the risk. I'll take him over Bargs any given day.

Hell yeah, especially if he's only on a 1 year $8.7m deal. Relatively low risk, high reward.

The scary thing would be if Miami gets ahold of Oden on a super cheap deal and he somehow manages to stay healthy. We'll see what Portland does.

Would you guys do that trade? I read it an article earlier in the year, but I switched Childress for Warrick because I like J-Chill. Dallas wouldn't mind because Warrick has the cheaper and shorter contract. Also switched Pietrus & Hill since their purposes are the same, both are defensive stoppers. Only if Grant is willing to resign here without Nash.

That article was posted before the deadline but I think if they choke again the playoffs, that deal could possibly be on the table.

I thought Caron expired this year?

No. I hate Beaubois, we already have SFs, and their pick is not going to be anything special.

Suns should get another 1st thrown in there. Pretty much guarantees Miami a ring or two.

1st, that is a very terrible offer for Nash. If Nash is dealt to Miami, one of their big 3 are coming here.

Second, I don't think Miami has any draft picks for the next 5 years except LATE 2nd round picks. They gave up a bunch in the trades for Lebron and Bosh.

There's NO way one of the big 2.5 will come back to the Suns for a Nash trade..

Most likely trade with them would be....

Bosh + Chalmers + Heat first pick for Nash + Dudley + Gortat

And thats a BIG NO NO for the Suns.... Dudley is putting up 15/6/2 and 3 steals as a starter.
Gortat is putting up 12-16 points regulary, 10-12 rebounds consistently and TOUGH interior defense.... Not to mention Nash's 17/11 and great shooting and offense impact.....Bosh will bring nice stats such as 20-25 points and 8-10 rebounds... but low impact.... the guy is soft... is actually a bit of a down grade from Stoudemire, who atleast finished strong in the Paint hence he created OPEN looks for the shooters.... Bosh is an ISO player...

There is no no chance whatsoever that Nash gets dealt to Miami.

We never do that deal. In others news Hill should sign with Miami or OKC for vet min. Imagine him coming off the bench for Lebron or Durant.

But....but....but.....Hill cant preform coming off the bench, so he would have to start over Lebron or Durant!

Hill's said many times he wants to stay in Phoenix and would probably retire if he wasn't a Sun.
