I read somewhere that was the worst performance by Nash dating back to his days in Santa Clara.
1 assist....6 turnovers
Yikes! Good thing is its not possible for it to be worse than it was yesterday night.

There is a reason he stays with the Suns, he is our star player. No other team would let him have complete control of the offense. If he went to a contender, he would have to change his game and accept a smaller role. I think Nash believes, deep down inside, moving up on the all-time assist leaders list is more important to his legacy than fleeing on the off chance he might get a ring. He is invested in this community, these fans, and this team.
I am tired of these "trade Nash" and "Nash should demand a trade" posts. The man has said on multiple occasions that he wants to retire here. Will he suddenly change his mind after 1 game and demand a trade? I think not. So let’s stop with these “poor Nash" posts....

For the people preaching "trade Nash" after this game, you kinda missed the fact that for this game, Steve Nash WAS the problem......
He will bounce back. No biggy, two games into the season, after a long offseason. We'll take a while to gel... Like Frye said. "Offence will come."

Re: Game 2: Philadelphia @ Phoenix
Nash had litterally the worst game of his entire career. While it would normally be stupid, but if I was Gentry I would have played Nash a little in garbage time to up his confidence a little. I know he didn't want to finish that game after that.
