I haven't seen an ass-whipping like that since my weird sex days. Brian Scalabrine outplayed everyone on the Suns not named Nash or Gortat.
Trade Lopez now.

Sad sad sad.

Fire Gentry so we don't make any knee jerk trades. Don't hire anyone else, bring up one of the nine assistants we have and let them keep the tank going.

But we're tanking according to plan with Gentry in place....

It doesn't seem like it would hinder the tank. Two guys a basketball team doesn't make.

Seriously...? Redd is slow. He is done. There is a good reason no other team wanted him. Like Childress. Like Telfair. No body else wants these guys. Even at vet mins no teams wanted them. I mean, other than the Suns of course.

I wonder how the Suns would fare against the d league...
Looking forward to the 28-29 season.

I would not mind the losing AS MUCH if we were doing so at a competitive effort. At least be mildly entertaining.

This season is reallllly tough to watch. Even at 66 games, this season feels longer than last already.
Looking forward to the 28-29 season.

There is no way we can pull this off, but the first game we have after Nash isn't on the roster anymore there should be a boycott on the first game we have without him. Unless of course Nash leaves in the offseason and we actually have a good offseason and land Love, Westbrook. But that won't happen. Assuming we can't get crap after Nash leaves. A boycott should make Sarver sell the team. Again though, no way we can pull it off.

Sarver isn't the only owner, and I don't think that ever in history did an owner sell a team because some person started a boycott. Moreover, have you seen a Suns home game? Those are people just there to hang out, they will still buy tickets, and corporations will still gets tickets to use to bring clients to games. And then, you have to get all the opposing teams fans to not come to games. Have you been to a Suns home game against the lakers? Good effin luck getting all that done. It would be better to just start supporting the team.

I don't think we can ask anymore from Nash though.

I didn't watch the game, but can anyone fill me in on why Gortat only got seven shot attempts? We should really be dumping the ball inside to him more.

1) Sh*t spacing.
Gortat gets great shots when we have a solid pick-and-roll with good spacing. Since we pretty much always have at least one wing on the court who can't shoot, that player's defender is always chilling in the paint when we're against a good defensive coach. When that defender happens to be the incredibly long, mobile, and high work-rate Luol Deng...

2) Every single frontcourt defender the Bulls have is exceptionally mobile for his position.

Gortat was open about 2% of the time.

It's Frye because it's the weak hedge on on-ball screens and his inability to keep up with quick 4s or close out on 4s who can shoot. but it's actually Gentry/FO, because Frye shouldn't be playing the 4 in the first place.

Exactly - we continue to play people out of position and then crap on them for not doing the job. Madness
