Instead of striking out in FA, our FO should really take advantage of our pending cap space and make some trades near the deadline by picking up a player that another team is trying to dump for cap space(similar to what the Sonics did to us with KT).

Celtics are up for trading "anybody"...I wish we had the assets to get Ray Allen, but I don't know what on earth we'd offer. Lopez and Hakim? lol

^ If MEM bomb in the playoffs, I'd go after one of Rudy or Mayo - one of those 2 would be a nice scoring option that we severely need. They can't afford everyone there...

Yes - that's a solid plan. As Frank says, our problem is that 3/5'ths of our starting lineup are pretty good bench players. Add some talent and the bench takes care of itself

Babby and Sarver wants a new era, meaning complete overhaul. I agree with them, hence picking up a top 5 pick this coming draft. Create a team wih defense and offense.

you know Johnny... that was being beaten intous by a few here before the season started. (You know who you are  ) I maintained a wait and see optimistically blinded. But oh well...yes we have a good bench... they are just sitting too close to the coach.

and how exactly are we going to get a top 5 pick? last time i checked mvsteve is still here....o nevermind i forgot, keeping your 38 year old star players is the new revolutionary technique for tanking. many teams have been succesful with this strategy. im so excited for drummond!!! hell ya!!!!!!! guna go purchase my season tickets for next year right now :D :D :D :D

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Westbrook just signed a five-year, $78 million-plus max extension with Oklahoma City.

The best thing that could possibly happen. We sign Gordon and Love and get a top 4 draft pick. Imagine the future.

Blabby and Sarver have also said that they don't believe in the "bottoming-out" method of rebuilding. For every OKC, there's Sacramento, Minnesota, Charlotte, etc.

They will never completely tear down the team.
