The downfall of this team was when we went from purple as our main color to orange. There is a reason it's called the purple palace. I know why Sarver made the change though. He wanted to rid everything that had association with Jerry c.

Just wanted to throw that put there.
I am such a lucky NBA fan. 8647 My favorite team went from the most greedy and racist owner to the most ego driven dumbass owner in all of sports fdt.

Only a fan of Arizona teams!

There is no way in heck that Sraver is going to amnesty Chilldress this coming offseason. You are dreaming if you think Sarver is going to hand Chilldress a check for $21 million dollars to just go away.

Now he is paying him for siting on the bench whole games so what's the difference? And if the other team sign Chilldress then Sarver may save some money

Can't we just cut Childress? We're going to pay him his money no matter what if we can't find anyone to take his horrible contract. The reason I want to cut him is because, even if we amnesty him, he's not going to bring back much trade value. Save the amnesty for Frye, some contender would probably give up a late 1st for him if we're lucky.

"Picks"? Ha, they don't give you multiple picks for sucking. Stern frowns upon tanking, and will screw any team that tries that not named the Spurs.

No one has offered us another pick for this upcoming draft, and Mooch gave a nice breakdown on how unlikely it is to build a team through the draft, it comes out to be like a 1% chance.

I don't think it will happen this upcoming season. Maybe he is holding on to him to amnesty the following year, when the loss will only be $14 million. That way if someone gives him $2 million he will really only cost Sarver $10 million. Frye is still tradable, and Warrick has only another year after this.

Sarver will just fire Gentry, and have the new coach play Chilldress to either up his trade value or boost the salary he will get once amnestied.
