Gentry do something right and just bench Nash and anyone who plays well.... let the tank roll on.

Shannon Brown out of the rotation is baffling. He's been the only consistent Sun off the bench for last 6 games. Yet you get insignificant 6-8 minutes from Redd/Price/Childress combo. Give the entire 15 minutes to Brown. Heck, start him.

Have you seen one of our games lately? Brown was awful and I'm glad that Childress saw some time on the court. He gives us so much more than Brown.

Nice win, solid team effort and good rotations. I didn't like that Morris-Warrick frontcourt and Telfair though.

If you look at the stat sheet Brown''s numbers don't look terrible but what you don't see are the times he doesn't make the right pass on a fast break leading to a missed shot or TO and when he just turns into a chucker by taking bad shots.

The King of wAngst chimes in.

Jeezus... its just one game. Damn them for trying to do their jobs  All this 'Free Steve Nash' BS is ridiculous. It should be 'Support Steve Nash'. This mish-mashed roster is not his fault.

Seriously, you guys are placing too much hope on draft pick positions. I thought this was the deepest draft in recent history. Y'all reek of desperation and are far too emotionally involved for rational thinking.

**** this tanking BS. I'm all for getting a high draft pick and I'm OK if we suck this season but just pulling for the Suns to lose in every game is pathetic.

Please don't ignore the swear filter

cheers

BTW trivia of the day:

I could have guessed Shaq, DH, and eventually Robinson... surprised TDuncan is not there... and real surprised the Rainman cometh.

TheG too, but a bigger basket of goods is needed.... I am assuming those guys did it for the whole season.

I am not getting mad when we lose games this year, but rooting for them to lose goes completely against my principles. I only root against the Spurs and Lakers, and this year the Knicks just because of a troll that keeps coming to the Suns board on ESPN.

The draft is a crapshoot, and getting a high pick does not mean you get a franchise player. And besides possibly Morris, who have the Suns drafted and kept during Sarver's reign that is worth chit?

I fully expected we would lose a heartbreaker - hurray for Duds. Played soldi the whole game and then stepped up to be the hero. To echo my colleague above, I can't get upset when we lose because most times, we ought to - a win against the majority of the teams in the league qualifies as an upset, as this was. We can't count on them consistently but it was fun to watch.

Now - both Gay and Gasol had seriously sub-par games, Gay in part due to Grandpa Hill. I'm still surprised to see Telfair getting this much run, but does it matter.

I believe this win pust is one game above the knicks ... how's that for karma?

Onward and upward-ish. Or possibly down - haven't looked at the sked except that Dallas is next on monday and Kidd may be out.

Take this with a grain of salt ..

I have been told he has a torn Gluteus Medius (outer thigh muscle) and that would mean he has probably played his last game as a Sun and will be a complete zero with regard to trade value. Sad end to a career.

He is listed as day to day according to azcentral, but anything is possible. But I think he would be listed as out indefinitely. So we'll see.
