How did we whiff on that? McGee (although he's not really as good as gortat obviously) would have incredible and Jordan would have given us a shotblocking help defense when Amare was getting killed.

Sorry but I have nothing really positive to say about Lopez other than he felt strongly about the game and had a good 09-10 campaign.

I thought Holiday was in the EC draft. I remember hearing Kerr this summer talk about skipping Holiday because they had a deal in place with GS, trading Amare for Curry. But GS backed out after our pick. He said he would have picked Holiday if he had known that the GS trade wasn't available.

Oh, and just because Kerr said he made a mistake, BOTH years, doesn't mean he is forgiven for making both mistakes. It just shows that he was bad at drafting. :(

My favorite Suns player at one point. I'll miss Robin a ton, I know he became somewhat of a novelty at one point with his lackluster performances, but when he was on his game we all loved him. He was a fun guy to be around, a great locker room guy, had funny hair.. he had it all. GOAT.

Return to Phoenix Suns
