Sorry to hear about your nephew.So is her mom married to George Santana? I met him once. When my wife and I first moved to Cali, we moved to Modesto, CA. There we met oneof my neighbors. He is an amazing musician. He plays guitar in a band called Malo. They are a Latin band started back in the seventies by George Santana. He only plays shows here and there with them now.
We moved down to SoCal, and my wife and I were checking out bands in Hollywood, and one night we checked to see who was playing at the House of Blues, and sure as sh*t,it was Malo. I called my old neighbor to see if he was playing, and I got a hold of his wife. My neighbor got us back stage, and there I met George. I'm not big on Latin music, but they were amazing. My neighbor shreds on guitar.
It sure seems like this world is small.
