If their play causes me to vomit up everything I bought at the concession stands can I get a refund on that too?

I think this is genius. The fans get a guaranteed good time or their money back and the Suns get some publicity. If it goes wrong Sarver loses a lot of money. Win/win

I'm curious as to how much money PHX lost last night, and what kind of parametres apply when trying to get your money back. Do you have to call in and list at least 3 things you werent satisfied with and then you get your money back? Or just call in and say I went to the game, I'll send you my ticket, we lost, give me my money?

If the Suns marketing guys want to come up with a nifty idea to get fans excited try this. After the first quarter, empty seats in the lower bowl and courtside sections are given to people (rabid Suns fans) in the nose bleed section!!! Basically if you don't show by the first quarter you lose your seat for the rest of the game.

Thats some commie bogus. If I paid for my ticket and decide not to show up, its still paid for. Why give it away to someone for free then?

Its like stealing from someone.

Guess the airlines steal from people all the time when someone doesn't show up.

Went to the game and sat in the upper section as I figured I wouldn't demand a refund and didn't want to pay too much to watch a bad basketball game.

However, this will probably be the last game I attend this season. The Suns crowd absolutely SUCKS, it is literally the worst NBA crowd.

Its like a morgue in the arena, the piped in chants are annoying as hell and really stand out when no one is making any noise except for the few rowdy fans up in the nosebleeds. The fan apathy is appalling, why the hell would you go to a sporting event and not cheer or make noise? It seems like 90% of the crowd are families with small children, couples on a date, or corporate suits, its pathetic. I swear I looked around the arena during the 4th quarter from up above and saw hundreds of people playing with their damn cell phones instead of watching the game right in front of them.

It upsets me because I remember the Suns having one of the best crowds in the NBA, now the real fans can't afford to go and we get these meat bags who sit on their hands the entire time.

Arizona has always had fair-weather fans. When the teams are hot, ours fans are always considered some of the best. Remember the '92-'93 Suns? Couldn't get a ticket to those games if your life depended on it. The Nash led Run-and-Gun teams of a few years back consistently sold out and had fantastic crowds. The 2001 Diamondbacks World Series games were deafening and truly something to behold. The Cardinals from a few seasons back (see: Super Bowl year) had great crowds. Same for the Coyotes and the 'White Out' while they were making a run in the playoffs.

But sadly, during those off years (you know, most of the time for Arizona sports fans), people either don't come to games or the ones that are there are either tuned out or fans of the opposing team. Very disappointing, but just a simple reality.
