But surely you didn't expect a 50 win season with an almost complete new starting line up with no experience with each other + no all-stars.

I don't think ANY Suns fans here enjoy losing.

I'm jut not fazed by it or surprise by it... I'm disappointed for about 10 seconds then I look at the bright side which is Suns have a chance to obtain a LEGIT asset to make the team better for the future... Not next week not next month but next season... One step back (unintentionally) but two step forwards next season.

Surely not much fans here expected a 50 win season... With Nash and Hill Suns were a 40-win team... Without them expectations should of been lowered.

It's a free world... If fans can see the bright side of losing (temporarily/short term) for the chance of being greater later on... Just enjoy that hope...

Ask yourself... What CAN you really do?? ...we're in no position to direct the team... some of us just want to see some sort of good to come out after the disappointment of this season so far... That's all you can really do is hope for the best next season and beyond... This season is the rock bottom that all teams go through..

I'm not happy seeing suns lose at all.. Just not anger by it... Doesn't make me a lesser fan.

Suns have been one of the most successful teams ever WITHOUT a ring... Ill be damn happy to see them win just one... Just even one dammit!!!

At one point, they had a record of 18-27. Fans could have a given up on them. Instead they went on to finish 42-40 for the season. They barely made the playoffs. I remember watching those playoff games on TV. Nobody gave that team a chance to do anything. In the Western conference semi's they beat the defending NBA champions. Eventually they made it to the NBA finals. The finals made for an exciting series and they ended up taking the Boston Celtics to six games. That team was the 1975-1976 Suns. One of those games had the "Shot Heard Round the World" going to three overtimes. My guess is a lot of you weren't even around in those days.

It's not time to pull out the tank yet. Nor do I have any objections to the playing young to develop the team. Even at the risk of losing. What is unacceptable at this point in the season is bagging it and throwing games. Coaches and players should be giving it their all until we are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs. At that point, I don't mind "resting" certain "injured" players (or tanking).

The Suns just don't tank and here is why ... winning breeds winners ...

I agree that the tank is too early...

And I seriously doubt the players are throwing games...

Most of the players have something to aspire to..
Scola is too old to tank
Gortat is playing for a big contract
Shannon Brown is a FA next year too, he wants a long contract
Dudley's best interest is to be wanted by playoff teams, can't afford to be bad all season
Beastley has so many doubters he wants to prove wrong that he can't purposely be playing bad, or is he that dumb.
Dragic wants to be elevated to the higher tier PGs in the league

Heck Gentry's career is on the line

I honestly think the team simply lack the capabilities... Mediocre Offense, terrible defense
You can't win a lot of games without a strong trait.

My stance is develop the young, if they win they win... If they lose, the youth gets something out of it, better next year!

Sarver sacrificing youth development or future to sell tickets this season is the real "tank" move.. As it ruins the suns future for the sake of dollars short term.

None ... but only one team wins per year. Of course we could be a Clippers, Bobcats, Griz, Raptors, or Wolves fan too. They've haven't won a ring yet either but have had crap-loads of top 5 lottery picks.

Hope you picked up on my sarcasm there, lol.

Look no1 is rooting for tanking.

We all watch the games and hope we win.

The players arnt trying to tank.

The players play hard and hope to win.

If we lose its a step towards a future prospect which our team needs.

No matter what its great to watch our young talent develop win or lose.

The fact is that our team is a losing team atm. So winning games is awesome but rare. We will still watch and hope...but they will most likely lose. And losing doesnt upset us that much because it gives us a better chance at turning it around next season. Also the games are still fun to watch because despite losing we have some guys who still try very hard. We have lost some close games.

No1 would like if our team flat out tanked. Get over yourself.

Further to Bigfoot and BH, let's not forget the Suns team that started the season 0-13 and still went on to make the playoffs. I bet that would have driven you "tankers" insane :)

Lol
Tankers??

Do you see us playing for the suns throwing games away??
Having talent and going through chemistry issues or injuries leading to losses if different from simply lacking capabilities.

As we've already established we aren't cheering losses but looking at the bright side.
We want what's best for suns to achieve a legit team.. What I see here is fans who vent their frustrations on other fans who see the positive side... We juat want good team and offering opinions on how to get there, as opposed to just saying we need to get better... Currently there are no more tankers or anti tankers.... The team sucks period.
