Eh...I dunno.

I think Adelman's a much better coach than Alvin(check out his resume: 980 reg season wins, 157 postseason games(98 victories), 2 conference finals wins), and he couldn't get anything out of Beasley either.

Sometimes it's the horse, not the jockey.

Beas is just a bad player with no real NBA-level tools.

I'm starting to suspect that Beas is a monster player in practices. He feels so comfortable playing against his teammates and Gentry sees it everyday. Gentry can't help himself but play Beasley in games because the Suns don't have anyone in practice of his caliber.

Unfortunately great practice players sometime don't have the same motor in games. It's obvious Beas has skills and can shoot, dribble, and pass the ball. Really it seems he doesn't have the mental game for the NBA. Damn in the 4th quarter of the Clips game he was yakking it up with the Clip's bench (B Griffin) when we were down by 13.
