I believe one of the reasons the Suns don't have "all-star" level talent is basically a Gentry/Nash philosophy. Nash was so unselfish to almost a fault and it rubbed off on Dudley and Dragic. When was the last time a Suns player averaged 16 shots per game. Back in 2004-2005 Amare took 16.7 shots and averaged 26 pts. It's hard to have 20 pt scorers and go to players when the shots are so spread out. Three Suns players average about 10-11 shots per game.

RIght now I would like to see Dragic and Marcus be told to put up 16-20 shots per game. Work on drawing fouls by driving to the bucket. That would be two 20 pt scorers if they shot .450.

I was just going to post how The Iron Sheik at $9M over 3 years is f**king crazy, but everyone else beat me too it, glad to see. He can be retained for much much much cheaper. This is a guy who was pretty much out of the league until we gave him the chance.

Great to see Wes step up as well. He is starting to show glimpses of why he was so heavily recruited out of HS and why he was drafted so high. Now if he could remain consistent, then we would be smelling like roses!

Once again, Marcus outplayed Keif. That trade was an absolute steal, and i love seeing the unspoken chemistry between the two of them. With both of them on the floor together, it seems like Keif has stepped up his defense and together they defend tightly.

There is some good old-fashion optimism. :D Marcus had a quiet 16 pts on 13 shots. He's been shooting lights out for the Suns from 2 and 3 point land. His FT percentage is scary though.

Hadaddi at 3 million a year at 20 minute a game backup is not that bad.

Sure he can be had cheaper but I'm just saying... He looks like a diamond in the rough.

Scola just had no chance against Koufos and McGee. Just too big. He was abused.

On the bright side, Marcus and Wesley looked really good.

Markieff has stepped up his play since Marcus came. He's playing with a big chip on his shoulder, and really hustling hard. Love it.

I wasn't able to watch the entire game last night and only caught a minute here and there, but I'm curious: Why was Shannon Brown playing? I didn't hear of any injuries and at various times all the standard rotation players were in. Just curious if there was an actual reason for it or if Lindsey just wanted to play an 11-man rotation.

I think everyone at the arena and watching on tv (even Nuggets fans), had that WTF!!! look on our faces when Shnnon Brown walked to the scorers table, I think Hunter was trying to find a way to throw the game under the guise of giving a bench guy a chance. How else do you explain that after having 10 points in the first like 9 minutes of the game, Marcus Morris cant get back on the floor until the second half. Not to mention Wes clearly had the stroke tonight and always plays good defense, and you look down the bench and give the not to Shannon FU#@!NG Brown!?!? and leave Beasly in for that long??? I thnk Hunter had one of those.... "Hey.... hey guys..... were not supposed to win this one", moments and sat his only real threats.

Not sure too why, but I guess Hunter wanted a better scoring player instead of Tucker. It didn't work though. I think he won't play him next game. I'm curious to see the rotation with JO return. I'd like to see Haddadi for 15 minutes but it won't be easy if both start on the bench.

It might just be me, but PJ Tucker is starting to piss me off! Since he lost his startng role he comes in.. makes really dumb fouls... cant catch anymore....ARGUES WITH THE REFS CONSTANTLY!!! and his shooting and shot selection is worse. I love the guy and it hasnt changed his intensity or rebounding but he looks like a bonehead lately!
