Team should do everything possible to make the playoffs

1) Medical waiver for Frye
2) Stretch Beasley and Brown
3) Trade Scola for future draft pick

Gives approximately $26M in cap space

4) Sign Iguodala
5) Sign Millsap
6) Draft Oladipo
7) Draft Wolters #30
8) Draft Muscala #34
9) BPA Wing at #57

PG Dragic/Marshall/Wolters
SG Oladipo/Dudley/#57
SF Iguodala/Tucker/#57
PF Millsap/Morris #1 or #2
C Gortat/Muscala/Haddadi

10) PROFIT!!

We don't have #34, we traded it to Houston for Morris.

Sign Iguodala.

If we don't land a top 2 pick, trade #4, #10 and #30 for the Magic's pick as their target (Burke) will still be available at 4. Draft McLemore.

Dragic, Marshall
McLemore, Tucker
Iguodala, Dudley
Frye, Markieff
O'Neal, Leonard

I agree with everything you said, however I think three firsts is too much to move up 2 spots. I love Mclemore and he would be perfect with Dragic, but we should offer #4, #30 and Dudley and keep the #10 if we get it. But ya if that is our only trade that Orlando would accept then I could do the 10th pick. I love Mclemore that much

If we are going to go all in, we might as well go after J-Smoove over Milsap. He will cost more but we can clear salary to make room by trading Dudley for another pick: And if we could somehow trade for Mclemore or get lucky in the lottery? :o

Problem is I don't see enough free cap space to sign both Iggy and Smith. It's even a stretch with Iggy and Millsap.

We dont have enough cap space for Iggy by himself.

Iggy is a guy I love, but the Nuggets were really really good this year, before Gallo's injury IMO they were a finals sleeper. I dont think he leaves.

Sure we do if you do 1-3 given above.

1) Expected cap space $12M
2) Medical waiver for Frye +$6.4M
3) Stretch Beasley +$4M
4) Trade Scola +$4.5M

Total cap s26.9M

That would get Iggy and maybe Millsap.

If we do the above as you mentioned, wouldn't also trading Duds for a pick clear enough cap for us to sign both and back-load the contracts somewhat enough to fit the cap?
