I was expecting mediocrity so I wasn't surprised by the suckage at all. Just not enuf quality talent on the roster, which is why it's obviously full scale rebuild mode now.

We didn't have the talent to do too much better than we did. Simple as that. You mention the Rockets almost got there last year with Dragic and Scola....well their leading scorer was Kevin Martin, and they also had a solid stretch 3 in Parsons....that is two shooting threats along with those guys...then they had two defensive centers to rotate in and out (Dalembert and Camby) and they didn't have a huge dropoff at pg when they went to the bench, because they had Lowry (and Dragic came off bench for earlier part of year).
Add in the fact that we have a couple of negative players, and it hurts.
Every team in the west has at least one player more talented than ANY of our players and most have two or three....some probably more.
