I think that their new coach will hurt them, and the fact that they didn't get any quality defenders. Also, I really don't think neymar will pan out.

You arseholes got wife beater Barba and now you're trying to steal DCE from my Sea Eagles!!

Haha, not to happy with the Broncos? The Barba thing worked out well that his ex took his kids here to Brisbane. And I'm not a big DCE fan but I'll learn to like him as a Bronco. We need all the help we can get in the halves since our halfback and 5/8 are both gone. Plus it's tough to turn away the QLD thing.

It's Liverpool's year this season.

No Suarez? No worries!

Coutinho has been very solid as well

Neymar will defintely pan out. Give him time. Him and Messi will absolutely tear it up.

I agree Barca need to shore up their defence a bit more, but when you have Jordi Alba, Puyol, Pique and Mascherano on a team, it could be worse.......

Time will tell about Neymar. The thing is, Real improved greatly (even with letting Ozil + Higuain go, Isco is gonna tear it up, Bale is top 5-10 in the world, plus young studs like Illaramendi, Carvajal, Kajemiro) while Barca stood put. All they did is switch Villa with Neymar.

Nah I hate the NRL salary cap/open negotiating things...Players and coaches sign with the team they're going to play for the following season IN mid-season...Makes no bloody sense. They tried it a few years back and didn't work, they need to try again!!

I absolutely agree. It's terrible and they really need to change it soon.

i think puyol is done with barca. He might play some games this season but dont expect miracles from him. I think barca defense line this season will be: jordi alba- mascherano- pique- dani alves.

I was watching. Palmer is good but offensive line still sucks. Cards should have won this game.

Can't wait for the season. Looking forward to Bledsoe, Len, Archie & Horny. More importantly what we'll receive because of it. ;)

Tough loss for the Cards, not having D-Wash is killing us...

Ulquiorra wrote:I started watching nfl last season. (I'm Greek, so no SMH comments pls :P). I supported the Broncos cuz of Peyton, but I really grew a liking for the Seahawks. So since I'm new, what are the most fun teams to watch and in what shape are the Cardinals now?

Most fun teams to watch? Probably the Broncos, 49ers, Packers, Eagles and Saints. But most teams have exciting players and the league is far more balanced than the nba. Most any team could beat any other team with a few exceptions.

Unfortunately for me, I'm a Chargers fan (and pull for the Cards) and I had to experience an excruciating loss on Monday night. I couldn't even sleep that night.

The Cards should be somewhat exciting and competitive, but unfortunately their division, conference and schedule is brutally tough, so although they are decent and could be competitive, they could look pretty good most of the time and still end up with 4 or 5 wins.

Cardinals offense took 3 steps forward. The defense takes 3 steps back.

I let all that slide during preseason I gave the defense the excuse of vanilla defense, getting in shape. But.

Preseason:
Week 1: Rodgers in that 1 series killed us
Week 2: Though we created fumbles you can't rely on that Romo was dicing us up.
Week 3: Chargers moved the ball well on us
Week 4: Don't count nobody played

Then week 1 vs Rams I saw the same defense. If it wasn't for Mathieu TD saving strip Rams woulda had 34points on our defense! Todd Bowles sucks man I knew the defense was gonna take major strides back after Horton left. I just didn't want to believe it. Not having Daryl Washington also hurts.

Now week 2 we play Lions... I expect 0-2 but another close game.

A's over Royals. Lester and experience will prove that he's worth the trade.

Tigers winning it all. Tigers are, imo, peaking at the right time.

Feels like Bowles takes over star studded defenses and makes them play far below their potential. (Eagles)
We have to many studs on defense to let teams drop points like that on us
