I blame Hornacek for this loss:
- Benching Goodwin when his defensive intensity rubbed off on the other's and gave us the big lead in the first place.
- Not bringing back Green in overtime when we needed shooting and scoring.
- Taking way too long to bring back Plumlee in the fourth.
- Not instructing the team to run run run. Finally we started running, and guess what? We evened the score from 10+ down.
- Not going back to Marcus Morris, especially when he was causing problems for BK all night with his physicality.
Individual plays from players that cost us:
- Channing Frye A: that first quarter from Channing. Biggest "wtf". Sit yo ass down
- Channing Frye B: Was about three feet away to Iso_Joe's right when he hit that floater. Looked like he was trying to catch a butterfly rather than contest a shot.
- Channing Frye C/Hornacek: attempting a contested three with the scores level. Wtf. If he dribbled in 3 steps and drew the help, Bledsoe wouldve been open in the corner.
PJ Tucker: Hoisting up a three in transition when we had a 3 on 1 break. Who do you think you are? Jason Richardson? Sit yo five dollar ass down.
And of course there were other's, but these really stood out to me.
Oh well. On to the next one! (Jay-Z Voice)

Someone else said this on another board but I think its on point: They are too similar in both strengths and weaknesses.
They don't compliment each other...they replicate each other.
Knowing that Bledsoe is younger with a higher ceiling and the fact that he was our big acquisition, I think Goran eventually will be the one leaving the desert once again.
Both Goran and Bledsoe need good spot up shooters at the 2 guard complimenting them. If they can create a little off dribble (ala JJ Reddick) then the better.
I agree with you. I record and watch ever game closely, very closely. When Dragic had the ball, Bedsoe just stood in the corner and became a 3pt catch and shoot guy, and how many did he hit? Zero!!! He shot at least three catch and shoot 3's at the end of the 4th and in OT. Dragic should have been the catch and shoot guy.
There is one difference between the two though, Bledsoe can penetrate in the half court better than Goran!

And how about Frye? Saw lots of complaints throughout the thread but his stats aren't terrible, and he has the best +/- out of anyone we had on the court. I imagine this is one of those cases where stats don't tell the story.
Regression to the mean.
Frye kept us in it. Sucks that the last shot didn't fall, but he played a very solid game.
Not sure why we didn't double Bropez, because he was just too big and fast for Channing on the other end.

I actually agree that bledsoe looked a little bit more passive than he usually does. He played off the ball a lot as well, which isn't his strongest suit.
But we shouldn't come to conclusions after only 10 or so games, should wait at least half 30-40 games.

The only conclusion I have come to is.....play Archie! I only get excited when Archie and Bledsoe or Archie and Goran or Goran and Bledsoe are on the floor. I don't care how well Tucker plays, I am not happy when he is on the floor. His hustle, feel good story has run its course with me. I also enjoy watching Green shoot threes and dunk.

Tucker scored 12 points in the 4th. Without him we wouldn't have been able to force OT.

Had Frye been any closer, he would have fouled him and JJ goes to the line to clinch. Then we argue he was too aggressive. I had no issue with Frye's D on the final shot.
If anything, blame Dragic for trying to make the steal on that rebound. Instead, JJ got it and just blew down court. If Dragic stays in front, BKN likely calls time, or our defense has time to get back.

Eh, when Tucker hit that three pointer near the end of regulation, I thought the Suns wouldn't lose from there.
Some mistakes were made, but otherwise a good effort from Phoenix. Once Markieff recovers from his cold, we'll start another winning streak for sure.

I really think it's just bad luck. What matters is how you take these two tough losses. We've got a lot of players that certainly want to see the W column continue to grow, so that helps.
