You are **** nuts dude. I'm sorry. Did you tanker **** ever play on a basketball team? Not that every fan should have to but really, i just can't understand that loser mentality. Super lame. And Ungrateful.

I guess you missed the point about playing Goodwin. If we go .500 with him playing I could care less about a draft pick!! If we go .500 Tucker playing 30 plus mins....It is dumb!!

Miami shot 49%. At least we kept that 50% streak going.

Without Tucker we wouldn't be .500. So what you are saying, to me, is that Suns should play Goodwin no matter the outcome. And i disagree.

The Suns are 14 games into the season... The young guys will get more minutes as the season progresses. Goodwin's been getting more minutes consistently, since he barely got any at the beginning of the season. They're going to bring them along over the course of the season... Would be nice to see Len get some minutes, but why risk re-injuring his ankles? Just give him the time he needs to be 100%. Goodwin was getting completely destroyed tonight... there's a fine line between that being a lesson for him, and that completely shattering any confidence he has. He was playing most of, if not all, his minutes against Ray Allen, who has been a star in the league for a looooong time, and is LITERALLY twice Goodwin's age.

The Suns youth and inexperience showed in this game, not to mention coming on the back end of a b2b. Miami didn't play yesterday. Tucker isn't exactly old at 28, and can be a part of the future for the Suns for the next 5-6 years. He should get minutes until one of the young guys beats him out for them. You can't just hand young guys minutes, they should be earned. The minutes being played now are highly unlikely to be the same come all-star break...

Hence... the chill-pill. Take it.

There are a lot of bad teams in the NBA right now, and I am afraid the Suns are going to miss out on a top 5 pick this year being the twilight zone of mediocrity. Not good enough to get into the playoffs and not bad enough for a top 5 pick.

You may end up with a team full of Morri and Lopez's and Clarks and Kendall Marshall's........but hey at least you can hold your head up high and tell mom you played the best players to get there!

Picks don't always pan-out. There are stats for this. Google that. Building a culture of losing just to 'maybe' win a pick in a lottery and draft a player who 'maybe' will turn out to be an all-star? We might as well be homeless men playing **** powerball and scratching instants.

1st: We are looking at the 12th pick in the draft right now

2nd: You got to be in it to win it!

It is concerning though. This team seems to be like those rockets teams a few years ago that were consistently picking 11 in the draft. They were going nowhere until they lucked into a harden trade, which was widely panned as being a bad idea on OKCs part and isn't likely to happen again. I think we'd be better off gambling on the lottery than gambling on that. We shouldn't lose games on purpose of course, but if some of these vets like Frye, Tucker, Green or Even the Morii build up some trade value, we should pull the trigger. Play the kids and see what happens. If Goodwin, Len, Bledsoe take us to a decent record then we actually have legit building blocks and it's all good.

IMO the bench lost that one.

I really hope Bledsoe is back soon, I just hate the play of Smith. Undersized, awful jumpshooter and has no clue of how to run the offense. I'd rather have Marshall at that point as a third stringer.

Crappy shot selection by Marcus Morris, reminded me of Shannon.

Not saying we would have won it with our starters but fact is the bench made that look like a blowout at the end.

Let's get Bledsoe back and see what happens.

His defense, penetration for high percentage shots, and 4th quarter clutchness may get us back on the winning path.

If it does, it ensures a max deal for him and makes us a desirable place for free agents and disgruntled superstars who ask for a trade.

If it doesn't, we probably won't have to pay him a max deal to keep him and we get a high pick in the draft.

Either way, we win.

Was at the game. It's unbelievable how many calls the Heat get/how many fouls they get away with. Whoever mentioned Lebron swatting @ people is absolutely correct. Dude did it all game long and never got called. He throws himself around quite a bit and gets away with it pretty much 100 percent of the time. Never seen that kind of action at an NBA game (this being the first time I've seen Lebron live).

Was talking to an educated Heat fan in the stands and he admitted that Lebron does that all the time and always gets away with it.

That wasn't the reason the Suns lost, though. Seems they totally ran out of gas towards the end.. that and RayRay was dropping 3's every other possession. And Ish Smith. That dude TOTALLY killed any chance they had. He has no business playing more than 5 minutes in an NBA game.

Thats funked up Tut. Fortunately, your concerns are moot, because, like it or not, this team is playing to win, and they are winning/competitive. Up until Miami, they had not lost by double digits. Furthermore, almost making or tasting the playoffs is every bit as important in the development of a young team as is obtaining a hype-ly prized rookie. There will be talent available throughout this draft. Besides, I am inclined to think the most important asset will be secured via free agency or trade. Success attracts success. McDo is trolling.

I wanna know what Tucker and Ish Smith has done to earn minutes that Goodwin hasn't.

And "being older" doesn't count.

I will make an assumption, but Goodwin has not shown in practice he can run a squad as PG.... and he sure hasn't been able to get Tucker to release his pit bullish jawgrip on his minutes.

Archie isn't going anywhere soon. All you puds who keep crying for AG minutes should save your tears till march or may.... and then may be even into next yr. We are talking about a 19 yr old, who two yrs ago was thinking about his prom.
