You gotta remember hes sharing PG duties with Dragic which is working very fell :D
If he was in a tradition PG,SG,SF,PF,C lineup his numbers would probably be a bit higher.

A's over Royals. Lester and experience will prove that he's worth the trade.

Tigers winning it all. Tigers are, imo, peaking at the right time.

1. Bledsoe should definitely not get max.
2. Bledsoe needs to push the pace more

Oops a third

3. Bledsoe needs to take over games in the 4th like he use to do.

To the OP

He is mini-Lebron not Nate.

Until he takes over games consistently, he's a Big Nate. No shame in that, he is a dynamic hard to guard guard. With the proper progression, we should see improvement in his ability to run a team. He doesn't have that yet,

He remains our second best PG.

PS.... our first negotiation should be to sign Bled at 8-9 x 4.... then the second conversation is extending Dragic NOW.

Nate can't score efficiently or pass. They only thing they have in common are their build. He kinda reminds me of a more athletic Jarrett Jack.

They're smoking teams when Dragic plays without Eric Bledsoe and struggling on both ends in the reverse situation.

To be honest, I don't think he's a Big Nate any more than I think he is a MiniBron. In fact, I would imagine he doesn't even like that nickname. Fact is, he is uber athletic... thus the leBron comparison... and thus the Nate comparison. BTW, watch that top ten video of Robinson and name 2-3 6' PGs who could do that. Bledsoe is in a unique subset.

Is he worth 15 mill a yr ? No way. Will some team offer him that ? I don't know. Will we ? Well, I was surprised at Eric Gordon getting the max for his book of work.... yet we were the one's who set his paycheck. Perhaps no team offers that....but what if Bled's team demands it ?

Successful organizations do not make a habit of over paying for potential. Is Bled the next Russell Westbrook ? Hmmmm may be... but he is not there yet. Does he think he has earned that type of payday ? I sure would not be surprised to see him accept the QO and play out next yr. As I would be more inclined to see McDo NOT give him the max money if it was demanded.... and go into the season saying put up or shut up.

Who knows.... may be Bled beasts it out the remaining yr.... carries us into the playoffs with a couple game winners, ignites the crowd and becomes the favorite Sun..... I could see then much more interest in retaining him, for the turnstiles are tumbling. Cha-ching

Rich man's Jarret Jack is pretty spot-on. I wouldn't cap that as his ceiling, but rather his floor.

We have the luxury of letting things play out, making the playoffs and hopefully having another brilliant off-season.
Bledsoe's real development won't be this year, but in the summer. His jumper and PG abilities need to be elevated. As of now? He can't run a team/doesn't deserve the max, but is looking damn good for a backup thrown into a new situation.

Dragic? He keeps improving and everyday is reminding me more of a white point guard who kept improving well past his supposed "prime".
