That's the only bad decision that McD has made imo.

No
Anyone you sign now can't be on your post season roster.
No point in any signing, it's gonna be Archie for 3-4 games until Bledsoe returns

A's over Royals. Lester and experience will prove that he's worth the trade.

Tigers winning it all. Tigers are, imo, peaking at the right time.

Um who cares, if we can at least add a player who will help us even get to the post season in the first place, shouldn't that be more important?

That's not true is it? I thought as long as they were cut by their team, or were already FAs before the deadline, they could be signed for the remainder of the season, and play in post season. :dontknow:

I think they cant have played in the NBA this season to be eligible for the playoff roster at this point. So, we could sign a guy from China, or get KJ to hang up his Mayor's sash and lace up but not someone who has played for an NBA team. I might be wrong on that but I thought thats what I heard when Kenyon Martin and some of the other dudes who played in China during the lockout came in post-deadline.

A player is waived before March 23rd, but clears waivers and is signed by another team after March 23rd.
Eligible for postseason: Yes
Example: Rasual Butler. The Raptors waived Butler on the 23rd, meaning he wouldn't clear waivers until after the deadline. But he will still be eligible for the postseason if a new team signs him.

Some of you need to chill out and enjoy the ride. Jeez you act like they were championship contender that's underachieving.

Good thing the peeps in charge realize there's a ways to go. This season has been fun and the transformation of dragic has been huge but this team needs to add more talent to get in the contender tier.

And anyone who thinks this team should have traded a 1st for a rental like gasol is crazy. You only sacrifice future assets for rentals if there's a chance you could win it all.

Are you freaking kidding me. You're ragging on McD because he put together a good team?? My lord, fire up a brain cell and think about what this team has. Right now one of our best players has been out for over two months. With Bledsoe on the court our record was 16-8. That projects to 54 wins. Without him we are still challenging for a playoff spot. Now you're crying that we should have been tanking all along. Holy f*ck!!! That's ignorant. Please go start your own forum. You can call it SunsHappyInTank.com

Is there any way for the mods to change SDC's profile pick to a troll? This would eliminate any confusion.

That's not true. As long as they were CUT before the eligibility cutoff, you can sign them.

We still got a good chance of making playoffs. We just need Memphis and/or Dallas to lose some that they should win.

Players can't lose confidence after this loss or after the game in OKC if that results in a loss too. Gotta just keep playing.
