If you're going by improvement from last season alone, Gerald Green looks like a runaway. Who are the other major candidates?

i think that Gerald deserve it, and Goran should be in all-nba team.

It's a pity Bledsoe hasn't played enough games - his PTS would be +107%, REBS +53%, ASST +84%, FG +5%...

I don't think Meeks is in the running, but IT and Stephenson definitely are/should be.

Suns could/SHOULD do really well in the awards.

Dragic should be All NBA 2nd team
Hornacek COY
Green Most Improved (or Dragic)
Kieff for 6th Man

Bledsoe has an All Def spot coming soon - next year I reckon. He's relentless, end to end bodying his man up and wreaking havoc in the passing lanes.

We will not win any awards for one very specific reason. We are the Phoenix Suns.

Goran should be All NBA 2nd team, but in all likelihood I see the Golden children Paul, Curry and Harden taking the top 3 guard spots.

We all know how much they favour Lillard, so expect to see him get a spot up there.

I won't be surprised if they give Westbrook a spot even though he's played like half a season.

And then there's Tony Parker, who has guided the Spurs to the best record.. Even then there's no east representation. I don't expect to see Wade miss out due to the Miami hype machine, then there's Wall... Irving...

Not a great year to be one of the best NBA guards, especially if you're criminally underrated.

Return to Phoenix Suns
