I don't think Dragic has a problem with Kieff but I definitely think he has a problem with IT. Its the biggest difference from last year, adding another ball dominant guard.

He doesn't have a problem with IT. He's just not being given the right minutes. Bled should be playing off guard when they're both on the court, and he's not. IT doesn't help though.

There's a difference between "I think goran is unhappy" and "GORAN IS LEAVING UNLESS WE MOVE X, Y, Z". One is speculation, the other is fabrication.

There is also the fact that Houston doesn't have cap space to sign him to a deal that he will likely be commanding. So he'd likely have to go to a crap team.

Look at his body language. You can tell he's extremely discouraged compared to last year because this isn't his team anymore.
