I have a feeling Weems is going to be a superstud, and will help us big time. But there will be the people saying we are holding the young guys back. In my opinion, they should learn from him and I am guessing they will.

Edit: I may have been wrong on this one.

Booker has plenty of time. Archie is pretty much done imo.

He hasn't been that great for us but he isn't a liability either. He's literally the definition of a "meh" player.

I think Booker could bring more to the table even though he may struggle defensively. But honestly, we need more offense and shooting than we do defense at this point.

I think Booker could too. He seems mature beyond his years. But we do have a small sample size. I have wondered if Weems is getting time so they can assess whether or not they would feel comfortable enough to trade PJ, and would Weems be a capable backup to Warren, with Booker coming in at the 2.

If the goal is to try and make playoffs then it's wrong to give playing time to players based on trade value and things like that. You play the best 5 and then the best 3-4 off the bench that gives you a chance to win.

If our focus is on trying to increase Tucker's trade value or something, then I can't say we're all that committed to making playoffs.

Well that would be ultimate goal here if Weems can hold down backup 3 and Warren can get better at stretching floor for guards in the next month as well as defense.

Give weems until game 25 and if he is still making no impact on the game at all then it's time to give booker some run. So far weems has brought nothing to this team other than just eat minutes. I'll hold off on final judgment but man so far I really don't like him

I don't care for his shot. It's flat and it seems like he rushes it more often than not, but he also hasn't really had a good chance to get any significant minutes to find a rhythm. Looking forward to seeing the "D"....

I'd give him more than 58 minutes to prove his worth but I can understand why he'd be buried on the bench. Ya gotta make every minute count.
