Which teams do you think we have more talent than in the west?

I know many seem to think we should make the playoffs, then others think we should tank, and on occasion, some fans say we should tank because we don't have as much talent as the TWolves and Jazz but then also want Hornacek gone because he can't get us to the playoffs, which is somewhat counterintuitive.

I think most people who read the forums often know I feel Hornacek vastly overachieved his first year with a squad expected to be amongst the worst, and one of our best players out for quite some time, and then I blamed last year's dysfunction mostly on the front office. This year, I think we are about where we were expected to be by outsiders, though I know many here think we should win in the high 40s, and another group in the low 40s, and the next highest group between 35-40.

So I am to create a poll to find out how many teams in the west you feel have more talent than us and create up to 10 choices (which is the max...you can pick as many or as few as you want). I will leave out the obvious ones (GS, SA, OKC, LAC).
