I think many people predicted this months before the season even started. That's why it was surprising to see them retain this same coaching staff and also not enough upgrades for the roster.

All I can say is LMA must be thanking god every single day for showing them the right way and staying away from this garbage and instead going to the Spurs where their again one of the best teams in the league and #1 in the NBA in defense.

Come on,If LMA was here we wouldn't be having this discussion

I'm not so sure. Suns looking pretty damn awful. I don't think we're any 1 player away from being contenders unless that player was LeBron or Durant or something.

I don't think having LMA would make Hornacek change his god awful plays and sets that much. Maybe we'll see a couple more post up plays for LMA, that's it.

Its his philosophy that needs to be changed and that wouldn't change regardless. Plus either way, with or without LMA, I know for damn sure that we wouldn't be having the success that the Spurs are currently having this season. Especially with an old and looks like broken down Tyson Chandler.

Yeah they ***** up but so have other players in the past. I mean back in 2013 they showed up to the freaking summer league.... They showed commitment to this team. They signed a deal together to show commitment to stay in PHX. I know it's a different sport but NFL players go through this all the time and if they get help they change it around.

If markieff and Marcus were both still on this roster you'd definitely see more wins right now because markieff wouldn't look like he wouldn't want to be here he would be productive and Marcus would be solid.

The only thing is if Marcus was here would Jeff play warren over PJ? Doubt it. That's a whole other issue though

Maybe if he wasn't so hotheaded and indiscipline maybe he would still be here

That just shows lack of commitment from a Suns organization IMO. He's doing fine in Detroit and the move has set us basically back two players now just not one.

Marcus getting his ass shipped off to Detroit was probably exactly the wake-up call he needed. Good for Detroit, I guess, but if he'd stayed here, screaming at the coach on national TV and getting arrested for assault were probably only the beginning of the headache he'd cause.

The only real mistake McD made was not trading Kieff at the same time.

Make this into a sig format and this should be all our sig for remainder of the season.

But can they compete in the tank battle with Philly and Lakers? We must support them more.

Who cares really? We aren't winning the NBA lottery anyways.

If the Suns ever had the worst record and most chances in the NBA lottery we would still be picking fourth ... that's just the Suns luck.

Possibly, but I just don't think we will continue this trend of losing games like we have. We aren't even the worst in the West, and the East has been continually worse. Honestly, I think the only way we win the lotto, would be an unconditional pick we acquired, or Stern dies. :D

This is nuts, look at Knight's reaction.

Why don't we just state the obvious here:

Hornacek has lost the team and Knight knows that play call was horrible

He may not have liked it, but it doesn't mean he had to not get open and then run straight over to Knight and dribble it off his foot. It also could have been his nerves or as Marcus calls it "his softness" as he looked a little worried it might be in his hands again.

But we know what Knight and Bledsoe's self decided play calls are. Dribble it a bunch and jack up a long 2.

Hornacek is the coach and needs to make good plays. That was not a good play. It wasn't a good idea especially if Knight was not comfortable at that exact moment. Hornacek has done this multiple times. Not surprised by Knight's reaction.

Well they couldn't execute the play because he couldn't get open. Time was running down after he couldn't get open so Knight ran right over to Tucker and Tucker passed it to him, which was stupid. He should have called time out when no one got open because there is zero chance he could make a play from where he was anyway.

They NEVER even get open or execute plays that are written up. On another one on this streak Telly falls down which ruined the play. On another one where Knight just had to dribble or hold the ball until he got fouled, he tried passing over Marcus Morris.

Hornacek might need to go for some reasons, just to kind of give the team a shake up, and it MIGHT improve us this year, but I think they'd likely have a better chance at the playoffs (if they trade Markieff) if Hornacek was here over an assistant. But maybe it would light some sort of fire too.

Knight does what the coach tells him. This isn't therapy where Knight and Hornacek have a hug at the end of a counseling session.

And part of the play was not Knight dribbling the ball off his foot.
