I believe he will be moved by the deadline for at least a first rounder...

Question is where

Pick N Roll at its best with a side of pop! RIP Amare + Nash

Most likely Toronto or Houston. Possibly Washington as long as they would still have the space to sign Durant (not that they will but they want to have the cap space to try and do so). Harden may really want him in Houston though, and he seems to have a pretty big influence on what happens there. The young players we may really be targeting are Dekker, Jones, Wright, Caboclo or possibly Harrell or Capela. Maybe Motie but he probably isn't going anywhere.

Would you trade Kieff for a Klondike bar? I probably would and I'm lactose intolerant

I voted 'no' for the aforementioned reason- the season is completely a lost cause, and I'm increasingly convinced that the 'locker-room' effect vets, or cancerous players have on a team is greatly overstated. Not that I buy that Markieff is a bad as a teammate as some make him out to be, seeing how he continued to cheer his teammates despite not being in the rotation (the Bulls and Hawks win come to mind). And it's not like he's taking time from a PF that will be part of the Suns future opposed to players like Price and Knight cutting into Goodwin and Bookers minutes. Although, the Chandler-Len pairing needs to be featured more...

If I'm the owner, I'm inclined to get him off the team ASAP yet at the same time I don't want to waive him and waste 24 million, so just an expiring will work.

If I'm the GM, I may feel obliged to make a move that can give me just a tinge of redemption from making a lot of moves that have backfired over the past two seasons, and try to trade Kieff for a 1st + filler or for a younger player. Getting both is holding out for too much.

Getting a young player or 1st would be great, but if he gets traded for an expiring contract or is straight out waived I wouldn't bat an eye either. Just as long as he's gone by '16 training camp.

It's interesting that Suns traded IT for late 1st but want a first AND young player for Kieff. OK I know that IT height and abundance of good point guards lowered his value but at least he didn't had Kieff's issues. And he already showed he can put good numbers so him making all-stars in the east isn't that suprising. So if late first and expiring was fair for IT it should be also fair for Kieff.
OR Suns don't want to make the same mistake again in trading potential all-star on great contract for free and that's what they set price for Kieff so high.

What bother me the most is that if we don't trade Kieff now we can't just keep him away from the team and not play him at all. We need to play him lot of minutes and make him our main scorer so he can increase his value. That's like he is rewarded for all the problems he made. I don't think I will watch any Suns games as long as he is there. Will rather just watch highlights for Book, Len and Archie.

What are the odds that, if it gets done before the season, the Wiz wouldn't have worried about protecting the pick? They've been pegged an upper echelon East team for a few years now, so expectations were pretty high.

The Wiz definitely overpaid, Kieff MAYBE helps them compete for the eight seed with Detroit/Charlotte. Beal is facing an indefinite minutes restriction the rest of his career and is an impending RFA, still need more production out of their frontcourt

How about two expirings AND a lotto pick? Yeah, I would do that.
