I spy a motto we should instill on our team with our normal starting guards "We exist to assist."

We should be bad, we're playing our bench all game.

Pressey has 9 assists in 18 minutes and which is over half our total. Awesome a 10 day contract guy is the best passer on our entire team. But at least we only have $28 million + whatever we pay Archie and Price invested in the others.

Green totally out of bounds on that play.

Next game against Brooklyn should be more competitive. I'm sure many people would love to lose that game though.

I'd be interested to see how many teams' 11-15 guys our starters could beat.

Does Pressey have no neck, or does he do a turtle thing?

I suspect we may see some strange rotations against Brooklyn.

The under, and probably Brooklyn. Maybe a tease and parlay. Actually Brooklyn straight up is your best bet. They have vets and have zero incentive to lose. They might kill us like everyone else. Even our best guys left don't seem to care.

Len continues to disappoint with his inconsistency. He got destroyed by Jordan on D.

Why is Booker playing only 25, 26 mins last few games when Knight is still off?

Fly on the wall at our Foe's preparatory meeting....'Well, they got this kid Booker, so keep tight on him, push him a around a bit, make it tough for him to get anywhere....and um.... the rest of them....um...just let them play, they'll take care of themselves. Meeting adjourned."

Yeah, right now is our only real weapon on offense. Tucker, Humphries and Price are defensive bench players in the league and Len is a two-way C who isn't there yet...but is improving.

Booker is gonna have his opportunities with Bledsoe and Warren next to him, I really like the idea of those three together in the perimeter.

Bledsoe was fantastic the first 25 games of the season, one of the better 15 players in the entire NBA easily at that moment. The last few games before his injury he was like "depressed", it was clear on those games against Utah or Philadelphia for example.

I expect the same amazing Bledsoe for next season, I would trade him only for a perennial All Star or a young player with Star potential (like Wiggins)....so we need to keep him and hope his knees stay away of injuries for the next 3 seasons at least.

The issue is that even the "fantastic" Bledsoe fails to consistently makes teammates better, and Warren and Booker would make for an awful defensive combination without significant improvement.

If Eric Bledsoe or Brandon Knight could pass like Phil Pressey, for example, Phoenix would be in much better shape moving forward, and younger players such as Alex Len and Devin Booker would be more dangerous. There is some talent on the roster, especially once Bledsoe, Knight, and Warren return (Bledsoe and Warren not until next season, obviously), but there is no linchpin who ties matters together. And in the NBA, floating pieces of talent that fail to form a cohesive unit will not translate to much success.

Of course, the upcoming draft, with two potential lottery picks and one that should be a top-three selection, will be critical.
