Call me crazy but if Bledsoe, Warren, and Knight can play, I want to see them play. Just for the last 5 games... I want to enjoy a game man.

Damn Hater :o

Nope, but saint's multiple posts on this page are...but you go ahead and pick the 'non-hating' post to quote, and try to claim 'victory' that no one hates on Len....hilarious!

But Booker, who's looked as bad, if not worse, receives not even close to same level of 'negative press' on this forum, which is the way it SHOULD be with young players. Len was 18/12 last night...LED the team in Scoring and Rebounds. Gets a double-double, and received more 'negative'-ish (Not HATER, but yet, negative all the same) posts in this thread than any other player.

So tell me, Frank, how does this happen, and yet NOT, be perceived by posters such as myself that Len gets 'beat up' a bit more than he deserves??

"Len grabbing boards, but absolutely horrendous on offense and getting schooled by Zeller"

"That's the Alex Len I know "

"It's crazy when you see Len play, he looks bad but when you see his stats, doesn't look bad at all. 7pts, 8rebs."

"Len will be lucky if he ever manages to put it together to become even a borderline serviceable starter. Comparing him to Gobert is an insult, he's not even in the same stratosphere"

"3 turnovers already. Just terrible"

"Not going to lie I would rather have Gobert."

So, in 2 pages + 2 posts, Len receives 6 'negative-ish' posts, a couple bordering on 'hater'-status, again, more than any other Suns player. And this, in appreciation for his double-double effort, and again, leading the team in scoring and rebounds. I'd hate to see what happened if her really was truly bad.

Oh, AND, here's a McD 'hate' post just for goo measure...

"McD will offer Batum the max get sister kissed before being turned down, and this board will erupt with applause for his effort"

If you actually watched the game, beyond looking at the boxscore slashline you would admit that Len didn't play as well as his numbers suggest, Watson just forcefed him as the "go-to option" even though you can't run an offense through him at the elbows or the block, granted there was a possesion where he missed like 4 of his own putback attempts so I dunno. Also yes Booker was also garbage last night was lost on the other end and bricking everything, has no room to operate on the perimeter when he's denied of the ball on r or trapped coming of a high screen with the worst plus/minus on the team. He has been shooting less than 30% from the field like for the last month or so. Maybe I need to self-police my thoughts more so that they conform with the sunny consensus of the hivemind. Terrible effort defensively. Looked like nobody came to play. I don't know how we're gonna win a road game the rest of the season.

Yes, Booker's shot very poorly ever since Hornacek has been gone. He used to shoot over 50% quite often, but his best game since was the first game after Hornacek left (47%) and after that he's only shot better than 37.5% twice and half of his games at 25% or less.

I had the 'pleasure' of being at this game. It was really a drag. I have gone to every Suns game in Charlotte for maybe 7 or 8 of the last 10 years. This was the worst. The effort felt super sluggish. I think the team is just ready for the season to end.

Let's hope this doesn't continue on into next year, or more years to follow. But it's cool that you get to go to the games, and I still enjoy going to the Suns games here in Minny, even if we lose. I was at the Minny game last year right after the Goran trade, and the energy and effort was lacking as well. We lost, but I still enjoyed going.

The scary thing is, had we not lost Bledsoe, Knight, and Warren, we are probably around the 10th seed. Continuing the treadmill.
That's why it's super important to nail this years draft. We aren't going to be THIS bad next season. Get a star-to-be and build them up.

I think Markieff had a greater impact on the tone of our team from the start. If he was moved or played with greater effort, and our key guys weren't injured as well as other role players throughout the season, I think we could have done some neat things this year. I really don't remember a season with this many injuries.

Also, I'm not sold that we will be picking in the top two, so we may just be getting more role players. Now I hope they are solid role players, but that's what they will be.
