He's not a bust. He's also not very good. He's just an average Center. You expect more out of the #5 draft spot, but that draft was weak and a rotational big man is an alright get. He's still young so there's time for him as a player. As a member of the Suns though? Probably running out.

Isn't that the definition of a bust? :-?

I was fine with the pick then, I'm fine with the pick now. Len isn't a bad player and I still think he can become a good two way player.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

You can easily see the difference between them.
Len trying to work in the post and his poor touch around the rim is the real killer here.
Great rebounder, just meh in anything else.

Somebody should show this to Len and tell him to stop trying to be Hakeem. Rebounding is his biggest strength, he should focus on this and post protection instead of scoring. I would be absolutely happy with him if he gets 8pts (but on better %) 10 rbs and around 1.5 block per game.

Well, I would argue that the definition lies in the degree to which the expectations aren't met. If you were expecting a 20/10 lifer at 5 then yeah he's a bust. I was expecting a nightly 10/10 guy with 1.7 blocks a night. So I'm disappointed but also feel he isn't that far off, if you see what I mean.
