With what Bender's shown defensively we really have no reason to keep him. A contender could really use him. We just can't. His presence isn't worth the minutes taken from Bender and Warren, and a team like LAC or OKC or whoever could use him to defend the Harden's of the world come playoff time.

He's an FA at year's end. I've wanted him gone for 3 years now, but if he is kept and allowed to be an FA, in which we pay him again or he leaves for free, it's a huge failure imo.

Trying really hard should not be a reason to keep him around.

I hope you named the wrong player first.

I think he's saying we have no reason to keep Tucker because of what Bender has shown defensively. The sentence should probably be "With what Bender's shown defensively, we really have no reason to keep Tucker."
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Makes sense...I thought with Bender in the same sentence it meant him, but in response he was referring to Tucker...my bad on that.

That's not even remotely a possibility I think. I think McD should start fearing the end of this season if he can't get anything out of Knight...

This thread was actually more fun than the game. The game sucked.

That stretch to start the second half was pretty good, you could just watch that on a loop for 2 hours and have a good time.

Did anyone else almost want to see Bledsoe deck Paul after Chris ran into his lane, stuck his foot out and tripped Bledsoe, all in an effort to invent a foul call in his favor, which worked? Man I hate that guy and all his cheap ass tricks. I don't know how in the world refs keep falling for that BS but they do.

He just signed a contract, I doubt we fire him this season unless there is a total team mutiny, which I doubt would happen with Dudley, Tucker, and Chandler on the squad.

No worries. I dont really remember him scoring much in the game, so was surprised when I saw he got 15

Yeah i think hes safe for one more year. While they wont come out and say it i think everyone including sarver is in for the rebuild this year. I think its about developing the young guys, hoping the vets play ok early and can be traded, and get a good pick. I could sew them being aggressive in free agency this summer and having more expectations next year.

Also, Watson is a great scapegoat for them.

So I didn't get to catch the game yesterday except for a small tidbit, so I'm watching it now and it's 5 on 4 and Knight thinks it's a great opportunity to hold the ball and go in for a layup. You understand if you just keep swinging the ball someone is bound to get open right?

Well no i dont think knight really has an understanding of ball movement or really the game of basketball in general.

I wish we had Jon Leuer on the team instead of Len.
