I think the key is playing him LESS minutes, not more. 15-20 is about right. Then you tell him that he has to get every rebound when he is on the floor. Len seems to have a problem maintaining focus over longer spans. Some players need extended minutes to get into a groove. That is NOT Len. He needs less minutes with more focus and efficiency. He needs to simplify his game.
He does have to score more efficiently. That means taking better shots, not necessarily getting better at shooting.
You seem to have convinced yourself of this but I would question whether the facts support your conclusion. He has a lot of 12 minute games where he's been horrible and his best performances, it seems to me, have come when he's played significant minutes. I'll admit I haven't done any research but I believe I've seen the exact opposite from him.

Looking at stats won't be a help. You would have to watch the video and see whether or not his game seems to drag the longer he plays. Yes. I think this is true.

Re: Game 6: Suns at Pelicans
I wanted to mention an article I read a couple years back that mentioned the Pelicans rushed their rebuild with Anthony Davis. It mentioned instead of going the Thunder route and drafting 3 solid players year after year (Durant/Westbrook/Harden) they decided to speed up the process via trade and free agency (Holiday/Evans/Anderson/Asik). I know Gordon was relatively young at the time so matching the Suns offer was a smart play (thank you for that too!) but the rest of the moves were questionable.
I feel like the Suns played it really smart this offseason by not trying to sign the big market guys and basically taking the slow approach. Booker/Warren/Chriss and hopefully Bender are the future cornerstones of this franchise.

Best part of todays game was seeing a ATO play for the last shot not end with a predicable high-pick-and-roll-turn-into-Channing_Frye-Brick-and-Gentry-Puking-Into-A-Bucket
