Hmmm... I wonder what that could be from.

Gotta give Watson some credit. Disciplining Knight. Playing Bender in crunch time. Smart foul on Gasol when the Spurs needed a 3.

Is there are a reason why Bender doesnt play 20-30min always? he is so much fun to watch man, I love his game, he had a pass to Booker that blew my mind

A) we are showcasing Tucker and Chandler for a trade
B) Watson is dumb, and we want to "compete" with the vets
C) our coaching team thinks that he wasn't (isnt) strong enough yet to take on the 82 game schedule, and they develop him physically before he is unleashed

Your pick is as good as anyones here

Knight has a wrist injury, he wasn't available to play.

He still was playing less than 10 mpg before anyways.

I like Watson as a coach so far. He's following what McDonough said when season started: worry less about wins & losses, more about creating a culture.

He's playing those who put in effort, building confidence on the youngsters (who ALL have given good impressions so far), insisting on a defensive mindset before creating elaborate offensive sets.

This season is not to win. Everything else is going well

1. We beat the Spurs. Lowering our pick. Great.
2. Tucker a "defensive stopper". Leonard with 38. Classic.

Our pick this year doesn't matter nearly as much as the play of the guys we've already drafted over the last four years. Great to see Booker go off. Great to see Ulis and Bender make positive contributions. Good to see Len meshing well with those three. A +++ game in my book.

I would have taken Booker reaching All-Star quality and a top 10 pick at the start of season everytime.

I think Chandler and Tucker help him model workrate and defense that will hopefully work into his game too.

I realize that getting Booker confidence this season is a positive. However this team needs serious help in the draft and I'm optimistic that multiple trades are in the works.

Finally watched this game.
WOW

Dragan/Len duo was very fun to watch.
Our bench unit can be really interesting once Knight and Tucker are gone.
