Maybe it was on purpose, though, as none of these guys are doing well in the shooting department, with <.400 FG%.
EJ was hilarious about that last night. He was joking about how the Suns ought to let Holiday shoot all night because he was shooting so badly.
I did not like him at first. But EJ, as a color commentator is entertaining and informative and usually spot on in his evaluations.
EJ is the best in the league!
Every game i try to read the other teams game thread, and there are usually a few posters who are watching the Suns broadcast and they are always very very complimentary to EJ and Leander. Our broadcasts arnt filled with the typical "Homerism" that you get watching other teams streams. EJ will call out our own players, admit when calls are bad or good and is very very knowledgeable of the game in general. He would be perfect for National Television, so we are extremely lucky to have him for every game.
EJ is fantastic. He's one of the few color commentators who makes fun of and calls out our own players. There's also numerous times when we got away with no-calls and basket interference and he says he thought we got away with one. I also love when he talks about shooting technique or how players should be defended, very smart guy. The only thing is, I think his tone is a little low energy and tends to draw out some sentences. Maybe it's just a personal preference but I think National TV might want someone with more energy.

EJ blasts Len in pretty much every game.
Every time Len brings the ball down, you know what's coming from EJ.

I watched the replay of the Celtics/Hawks game on NBAtv and Schroder impressed me offensively. I looked at his 19 pts on 17 shots statline for the season and wrote him off. 7 assists per night on that team isn't too shabby.
I assume we can't protect the Miami pick next year since the 21' pick is unprotected? How much more would you protect it this year?

Since I didn't watch the game I didn't see this in the highlights.

I never thought I'd see the day TJ would retaliate so blatantly
I love what our IT staff have done with his player stats. Emotion is now at a solid 60. Too bad that 3 Point is still at 30

We could probably protect it more this year but it would probably have to be unprotected next year still (of course we wouldn't want to protect it). I wouldn't trade the pick since it does become unprotected next year and they are capped out and seem to be getting worse.
I think it likely only stays protected this year if they jump top 3. They may be close to bottom 7 but as bad as they are now they'd still be tied with 4 others for the 10th pick (so could be as low as 14th with tiebreakers).

If a move for Schroder were to be made, I would think it wise to wait until draft day. We could offer the Hawks the chance to double up on young prospects - if we don't like any of the PG draftee options available.
If the season ended today...

I don't think we are going to make a move for Schroeder.

Let's trade Monroe for Brogdon.
