PPG doesn't matter too much without context, but I hope the efficiency improves. Without efficiency, the more points you score the more you are a detriment to your team because you are taking more shots from more efficient people.
However, in January, Jackson's efficiency is up there. This is the year for him to work out his kinks and I think he can really improve on that. He is going to be an all around better player than TJ, but I don't know about a better scorer (though I imagine he may get to the rim and line more)....though perhaps a better 3 pt shooter which would be strange considering he FT % is so much worse.
Efficiency is a different thing altogether. Just showing from a raw production standpoint, this is what we could expect if he continues to improve. Efficiency comes with time.
