You almost have to pass the ball to Bender and then instruct the other 4 players to back out of the way with hands behind their backs like "Nope, don't pass me ****, DO SOMETHING, ANYTHING!!!"!! WE TRUST YOU!!!

2. Could Bender play like that consistently so we can target our draft pick better.....
3. If Bender does...TRAE YOUNG!

In order to get him to get and stay aggressive in games, maybe we need to force feed him to start like Portland when they had LMA. First few plays should be scripted for him to shoot the damn ball to get him flowing and to feel involved. Booker can get himself started at any time, Warren not quite as easy but he can too. FORCE FEED HIS ASS, and yell at him if he passes up on the shot the way Alvin Gentry did when Goran Dragic wouldnt shoot the damn ball.

Yep. I watched the game (the fourth qt twice) strictly to watch him. In the fourth you could seem him get a little comfortable and look for the ball. If he believes in himself, I think he could be big part of our future. I think he had 14 in the fourth and they couldnt do anything with him. I still have confidence in him being a part of our future. As crazy as it may sound, that’s another reason I cooled on JJJ in the draft.
