Hi Jelly

I was in Arizona from 2015-2018 with my parents after a depressive spell.

I turned manic and got off meds around March 2018 which made me slur and stutter. Ended up punching my dad in the face and spent 55 days in a psych ward where against my will they performed electric shock therapy on me 15 times. My memory is shot from the electric shock therapy but I think I punched my psychiatrist in the face which landed me in solitary confinement. While in solitary, with my hands and feet tied up, I pissed all over myself. Due to the punching incidents, I have had to have an adult present at all times while around my kids.

I spent April—June in bed depressed showering once a week only for my weekly FaceTimes with my kids. Was on different meds including Seroquel. They then put me on Saphris. Right around then something clicked and I was able to get out of the house with my Fitbit and do my 10,000 steps.

Been really trying my best to walk daily. I’m back in Los Angeles and back to leading a normal life.

I was clinically depressed and severely depressed from 2015-2018 to the point a psychiatrist at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale recommended ECT. I did that 13 times and it made things worse. I got 5150’d (72-hour involuntary psychiatric hold) 4 times during that time period.

I’ve hit rock bottom, been handcuffed by police and driven away, put my neck in a noose, researched the easiest way to commit suicide. Did not think life would get better, but it did. So there’s hope.

Ive also tried to do searches on the 3 email addresses he has on file and cant come up with anything.
