Went from a top 10 team the first three weeks to bottom 10 in the past 2 months.

Don't worry! We will keep adding depth until we hit 35 wins!

I feel for this team. It must affect these players mentally and even physically with all the injuries. We were 7-3 after 10 games when all the injuries started which obviously led to the constant line up changes and it killed our chemistry. Now its gotten even worse with us playing only 8 players and I honestly believe Rubio is playing injured because when he slipped and fell against the Lakers I was shocked he came back so early and he just doesn't seem right.

I really want to see Bridges break out. Got halfway there tonight.

Suns desperately need a clutch scorer, a leader down the stretch. Just not sure where that player is coming from unless they get lucky with a lottery pick. Or they accept reality and trade Booker + 1st in a larger package.

Booker has thrown the toys out of the cot after his snubbing. Petulant.

Rubio is playing injured and wouldn't be playing if the injury list wasn't so long.

Ayton doesn't defend driving players if he's required to step over and block the lane. He, instead, finds his direct opponent to box them out... on a layup shot. :banghead:

Okobo needs to be allowed to drive to the basket. He's clearly been told to setup plays, but these plays are not resulting in points. No wonder they want to trade him; he's not allowed to play to his strengths.

I like what Rubio brings but I also really don't like what he doesn't bring. He such a bad shooter it's painful to look at. I think in order to be successful with Rubio as your starting PG you must build the team around him. But is it worth it?

Not sure if this highlights the difference between Euro ball and NBA or not but his game 9 months ago was worthy of being MVP of the FIBA tourney. His game with that flat shot, weak D, whining at every call and fixing his hair is getting tired. Better players around him won't change that stuff much other than giving him 18 assists to go with his 2 points.

Maybe too harsh a judgement. Do we cut him slack because he is tired having not had much rest between seasons or is this what we get?

Yep. He doesn't instinctively think "that guy is going to do a layup, I better stop him." I would think coaches would have screamed at him about this so much he'd change but not much YET. We are really hurting for a defensive leader who can jump the crap of the slackers.

That being said, to me this was Ayton's breakout game. He played way better defense against Drummond than I expected and helped on d a few times. His rebounds tonight were not close to empty stats.

Looks like another game of Suns players getting good numbers while giving up even better numbers to their counterparts on the opposing team. Bravo Jones and Monty.

If he can win MVP of that tourney we obviously are not utilizing him right. I kept saying I worry that Book might turn him into a 3 pt shooter, and he has, at least to an extent, which kills us.

Also i'm not sure what this had to do with Euro ball, matter of fact that a ridiculously ignorant post. He was MVP of the world cup where the super duper NBA all stars got their asses handed to them and didnt even make the finals. Same hoop, same ball, same floor other than slightly shorter 3pt line. But i guess the hair is just too much for this "fan".
